I've been rinsing my conditioner/treatments out with cold water for like two years now! It deff makes a difference - it closes the hair follicles and allows the moisture to be retained! I love it and honestly the uncomfortable cold at the end of the shower you'll get used to! It's also good to run that cold water across your face as well :) Loved the video babe!!
