I live with a chronic illness which at times can be debilitating, but I try to remain positive. I am still here, I have wonderful family and friends. I get to see my children grow up. How lucky is that!!!! I saw a quote the other day that is a great reminder to enjoy life…. “You can’t add days to your life but you can add life to your days!” Try and enjoy each day as it comes and just be kind to people. You never know what someone else is dealing with ❤❤

I literally burst into tears when you said "perimenopause..." I'm 47 as of a couple weeks ago (Dec 15) and perimenopause has turned me into a very confused and moody person. I've always been moody but my hormones have me ... EXTRA. And just you mentioning that you can relate to that is a relief in a way. I'm glad this conversation can be had without shame. Thank you for this video. I thought I was gonna get a good crafting video (and I am!) but I ended up getting a message from the universe via Claire's Crafty Corner, and I love it. Thank you! ♥
I love how you talk. Both with your voice and with your hands. Thank you for all that you do. Those who are mean amd nasty arent worth your time. Unfortunately the only way to deal with them is to delete them. They are doing the nastiness to make themselves feel empowered and for twisted entertainment. Something they probably do consistently to many others. If they find themselves shunned repeatedly they might change their ways. I have had this happen repeatedly both on the internet and in person and for my own peice of mind I found that swiping past, deleting, and refusing to engage has actually worked in my favor. So please take comfort in the fact that you are loved and appreciated by many and if I could, I would delete the nasties for you.❤
Oh Claire you are so inspirational. So right. At 44 I thought my life was over after a breast cancer diagnosis. My kids were still in school. I'm 60 now with 2 beautiful granddaughters. Every day is a blessing. Thanks for putting that feeling into words and keep being who you are xx
What a good talk on being positive! I don't think I've ever left a bad comment on a U-Tube video, it take a lot of courage to put yourself out there and show the good stuff and mistakes, I'd rather encourage people instead of bring them down. I work in health care and I see every day that 'growing old is a privilege denied to many' I have alway been a glass half full person and try to be as positive as I can as often as I can. I do agree with you that all it takes is one hurtful or negative comment to send you down that spiral. I also agree that in those times and those comments to delete and move on or if the encounter is in person turn and walk away. I am slowly backing away from people in my life personally and professionally who are toxic, negative I do not need that bad juju in my life. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos. I have enjoyed everyone some I have saved to go back to when I am trying to make a resin piece (I am learning, total newbie here) and I will continue to enjoy you, your content and of course George.
I always say age is a privilege denied to many, so I'll shout loud and proud that I'm 54. You always help us all Claire, you're totally inspiring. 2024 was a horrible year in so many ways for me, but the worst part was losing 2 grand babies 😢. We have a rainbow baby due in March which will be amazing. Gratitude is definitely the way forward! X

Claire, I watch many different artists on YT, from painting tutorials, knitting, resin, journaling and all sorts. About 95% of you, have at some point said about nasty people making horrible comments. Those people are jealous. You lovely people give us free tutorials and put a LOT of hard work into it. You make amazing items - which the trolls could never accomplish. I always say to everyone - ignore those horrible individuals. Thank goodness they're few and far between. It must cut like a knife to receive nasty comments. Just get rid of them and bar them if you can? But know that there are SO many of us who, love what you do, and we love you too. You have a lovely voice with an infectious smile in your voice, and you're a pleasure to watch, and listen to. Take care, and know that you're amazing. Xx❤❤😊😊

I've been watching your videos for about a month now, and you are one of me favorite resin channels! Just before I sat down to watch this video, I scooped a bowl of ice cream, because I was having a really tough night, and I wanted to unwind, and try to forget my current circumstances. After the first 30 seconds, I knew I clicked on you for a reason. Everything you were saying was resonating with me, and when you said that God only gives you as much as you can handle, I started to cry. I've never heard anyone else say that before- I thought I was the only one who thought that! Thank you for making me feel better, I can now see more light at the end of the tunnel. Yes! 2024 was hard. 😞I hope you always keep talking. Your voice is soothing, but fun and I love your accent! Lost my mom (73) a year and 1/2 ago and still hurting so bad. I turned 50 and going thru menopause which has been horrible. We had a terrible car accident on Dec. 21 because the other driver was tired and ran a red light at a busy intersection. We got banged up but nothing broken, no one hit their head and no blood. We walked away. I cried when I got home to my dogs. The realization that we could’ve died in a matter of seconds really puts things into perspective ❤ Here’s to a new beginning 2025!!! I also want to say thank you for being you and thank you for all of your hard work that you do for us!!! Every one of these came out absolutely beautiful ❤

I have a small business, i create art, resinworks and stone jewllery according to ability, but people's livelihood is so bad now and i don't get sales. Still I am so grateful so many things ❤ I try find good of everything ❤ Little things gives me strenght ❤

I understand and embrace you thinking, positive energy is definitely what keeps me going. Any negative comments you get are a problem that person has, it’s not you, wish them well and let it go. Lesley, I have a nervous system disease that I got @ 38. I’m now 69 I never thought I could/would make it to this age. I live in constant 24/7 high levels of pain, stress & anxiety. At times I prayed that the Lord would take me home I couldn’t handle the pain anymore. Cuz it’s nerve pain & other sorts of pain the pain meds don’t work on it. I’m on very strong meds thou but there’s always extreme pain. I did & do what Claire has said. Lesley there is always someone worse off than yourself & I have to remind myself of that everyday multiple times some days. It truly does help & gratitude that you woke up is a blessing no matter what. Please try it doesn’t take away the pain but it does help. I’m sorry this is so long.
Lesley, as someone with a chronic health condition I see you. I am finally in a place where the pain is blurred most days and not as spiky but still have to sleep most afternoons as some days it does get bad. I discovered certain foods really set it off. I removed sugar from my diet completely and eat an anti inflammatory diet. There are certain foods that are anti inflammatory if you just google it. It’s really helped me. I don’t know what your pain is lovely, but I do want you to know you are not alone. Sending lots of love ❤️

But I am always grateful to have had the time with her that I had, 2024 was a lot of emotions for us because we lost her not long after having our second baby boy. I had a personal crisis around 7 years ago and really struggled to cope with other people and their opinions. I took on the mindset that other people's opinions of me are non of my business. Believe me that it made a huge difference to be able to shrug that negativity off, be like Teflon honey, let it slide off because it says more about them than you. Much love.❤

I often have to remind myself...those who need to lash out at other's with negativity are only showing what's inside themselves when they attack...it's so rarely about ME. There truly are A LOT of miserable people who want nothing more than to drag us all down with them. You know what I've found to drive them absolutely nuts? IGNORE THEM. I was shocked how much of what u shared about ur journey in 2024 also mirrored what I felt & experienced! IMO when u explained ur belief system, it made me pause the video & think wait is Claire somehow reading my mind from all the way across the pond!? Nooo that’s just silly, it’s simply resonating with me as I believe in the same things. It’s about being mindful how we effect others & being aware of how we talk to ourself. Being accountable when we fall short or feel disappointed in ourselves, then doing what it takes to better ourselves. I believe in a Divine Creator, Higher Self or Source. We are all connected & should strive to give love to someone that is in need of knowing that. That one simple gesture may give someone a reason to live another day. The world is full of chaos & it’s scary to see the entire World seem to forget what a gift it is for us to have a human experience. It can be whatever u want to make it. U have to be positive in order to attract positive things. U have to love urself b4 giving it away to everyone else otherwise u fall apart. How the heck is nobody screaming from the rooftops that u don’t need any prescribed medications…all it took was basic over the counter Magnesium 1ce a day & GONE! I mean maybe the Paxil would help with the extra amount of pist offness that easily falls out😮but listen…better Out than In Right!? U made my entire day! 4 this I thank u & send u abundance in the areas u require it! ❤❤❤❤

I love how you talk. Both with your voice and with your hands. Thank you for all that you do. Those who are mean amd nasty arent worth your time. Unfortunately the only way to deal with them is to delete them. They are doing the nastiness to make themselves feel empowered and for twisted entertainment. Something they probably do consistently to many others. If they find themselves shunned repeatedly they might change their ways. I have had this happen repeatedly both on the internet and in person and for my own peice of mind I found that swiping past, deleting, and refusing to engage has actually worked in my favor. So please take comfort in the fact that you are loved and appreciated by many and if I could, I would delete the nasties for you.❤
Oh Claire you are so inspirational. So right. At 44 I thought my life was over after a breast cancer diagnosis. My kids were still in school. I'm 60 now with 2 beautiful granddaughters. Every day is a blessing. Thanks for putting that feeling into words and keep being who you are xx
What a good talk on being positive! I don't think I've ever left a bad comment on a U-Tube video, it take a lot of courage to put yourself out there and show the good stuff and mistakes, I'd rather encourage people instead of bring them down. I work in health care and I see every day that 'growing old is a privilege denied to many' I have alway been a glass half full person and try to be as positive as I can as often as I can. I do agree with you that all it takes is one hurtful or negative comment to send you down that spiral. I also agree that in those times and those comments to delete and move on or if the encounter is in person turn and walk away. I am slowly backing away from people in my life personally and professionally who are toxic, negative I do not need that bad juju in my life. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos. I always say age is a privilege denied to many, so I'll shout loud and proud that I'm 54. You always help us all Claire, you're totally inspiring. 2024 was a horrible year in so many ways for me, but the worst part was losing 2 grand babies 😢. Claire, I watch many different artists on YT, from painting tutorials, knitting, resin, journaling and all sorts. About 95% of you, have at some point said about nasty people making horrible comments. Those people are jealous. You lovely people give us free tutorials and put a LOT of hard work into it. You make amazing items - which the trolls could never accomplish. I always say to everyone - ignore those horrible individuals. Thank goodness they're few and far between. It must cut like a knife to receive nasty comments. Just get rid of them and bar them if you can? But know that there are SO many of us who, love what you do, and we love you too. You have a lovely voice with an infectious smile in your voice, and you're a pleasure to watch, and listen to. Take care, and know that you're amazing. Xx❤❤😊😊

I've been watching your videos for about a month now, and you are one of me favorite resin channels! Just before I sat down to watch this video, I scooped a bowl of ice cream, because I was having a really tough night, and I wanted to unwind, and try to forget my current circumstances. After the first 30 seconds, I knew I clicked on you for a reason. Everything you were saying was resonating with me, and when you said that God only gives you as much as you can handle, I started to cry. I've never heard anyone else say that before- I thought I was the only one who thought that! Thank you for making me feel better, I can now see more light at the end of the tunnel. Yes! 2024 was hard. 😞I hope you always keep talking. Your voice is soothing, but fun and I love your accent! Lost my mom (73) a year and 1/2 ago and still hurting so bad. I turned 50 and going thru menopause which has been horrible. We had a terrible car accident on Dec. 21 because the other driver was tired and ran a red light at a busy intersection. We got banged up but nothing broken, no one hit their head and no blood. We walked away. I cried when I got home to my dogs. The realization that we could’ve died in a matter of seconds really puts things into perspective ❤ Here’s to a new beginning 2025!!! I also want to say thank you for being you and thank you for all of your hard work that you do for us!!! Every one of these came out absolutely beautiful ❤

Lesley, I have a nervous system disease that I got @ 38. I’m now 69 I never thought I could/would make it to this age. I live in constant 24/7 high levels of pain, stress & anxiety. At times I prayed that the Lord would take me home I couldn’t handle the pain anymore. Cuz it’s nerve pain & other sorts of pain the pain meds don’t work on it. I’m on very strong meds thou but there’s always extreme pain. I did & do what Claire has said. Lesley there is always someone worse off than yourself & I have to remind myself of that everyday multiple times some days. It truly does help & gratitude that you woke up is a blessing no matter what. Please try it doesn’t take away the pain but it does help. I’m sorry this is so long.
Lesley, as someone with a chronic health condition I see you. I am finally in a place where the pain is blurred most days and not as spiky but still have to sleep most afternoons as some days it does get bad.
I discovered certain foods really set it off. I removed sugar from my diet completely and eat an anti inflammatory diet. There are certain foods that are anti inflammatory if you just google it. It’s really helped me. I don’t know what your pain is lovely, but I do want you to know you are not alone. Sending lots of love ❤️

But I am always grateful to have had the time with her that I had, 2024 was a lot of emotions for us because we lost her not long after having our second baby boy.

I had a personal crisis around 7 years ago and really struggled to cope with other people and their opinions. I took on the mindset that other people's opinions of me are non of my business. Believe me that it made a huge difference to be able to shrug that negativity off, be like Teflon honey, let it slide off because it says more about them than you. Much love.❤

Nooo that’s just silly, it’s simply resonating with me as I believe in the same things. It’s about being mindful how we effect others & being aware of how we talk to ourself. Being accountable when we fall short or feel disappointed in ourselves, then doing what it takes to better ourselves. I believe in a Divine Creator, Higher Self or Source.
We are all connected & should strive to give love to someone that is in need of knowing that. That one simple gesture may give someone a reason to live another day.
The world is full of chaos & it’s scary to see the entire World seem to forget what a gift it is for us to have a human experience. It can be whatever u want to make it. U have to be positive in order to attract positive things.

It’s been a hell of a nightmare with all the symptoms & felt alone & misunderstood by all those who have known me the longest. Seriously I was convinced I’d lost my damn mind some days! Then I found little tidbits of info from accidental encounters with strangers or someone had heard in passing & shared with me. I tried each thing to see what helped & what didn’t help.
Can I just say it was not the damn doctors that only wanted to hand me Paxil to help me deal with hot flashes!! Make it make sense! How the heck is nobody screaming from the rooftops that u don’t need any prescribed medications…all it took was basic over the counter Magnesium 1ce a day & GONE!
I mean maybe the Paxil would help with the extra amount of pist offness that easily falls out😮but listen…better Out than In Right!?
