Is it me or as the heat level went up, their Irish accents got thicker?
Taran was the champ on this one. While Darren had less reaction at the end he has also had much more abuse on the channel than Taran so he was ready for it.
I'd love to know what parts of the country the tryers come from. Some of them barely have an accent while others like Seamus, have fairly noticeable accents.

Rather than using dairy (milk/ice cream) to cut the heat, I've heard something acidic actually works a LOT better. Try something like lemonaid or orange juice, and see if that helps.
it truly depends on the individual's particular biology and nervous system. DIfferent things bond to the capsaicin better depending on the individual
