In this video I show how to fillet bass.... Yes, I am cleaning bass in this video.
I'll show you how to fillet and clean the fish, plus a super easy way to cook it!
I am a huge advocate for catch and release, but this is pond management.
I have way too many small bass in my little pond. The bigger ones need room to grow, so some smaller ones have got to be removed.
I will show you step by step how to clean a fish and then how to prepare it for dinner.

That is the first time I have ever seen fresh fish cooked in the microwave like that before. I am very intrigued and will be giving this a try. Thanks for the video.
