He was an angel. Really. Sent to you by God, letting you know you don't belong there. Also the fact that he quickly disappeared and the bartender did not even see him. The bartender questioned...who? Angels appear and say what God send them to tell you and quickly disappear. Angels are not always seen by everyone around you either. But this truly was an angel in human form.

I had all those 4 in one person.
The one who used and abused me, thought me a huge lesson, which lead to a perspective change of my whole world view, of myself and of others, which made me realize that my own created suffering and own kind of abuse and self sabotage is no sense, which lead to healing and all in one was a blessing at the end that I am very grateful for 🩷

Did you take the lesson. Why did they hurt you? Did you let them ? Did you ignore your warning signs and feelings ??
Have you been hurt when in a similar situation? If so, it's repeat offending. It will continue if you don't recognise that we are the common denominator. Ignoring the warnings will only sound the bell louder. It will continue until you press stop. People only do what we allow them to do. It's a tough lesson and a harsh reality, but it can only change when we allow the change.
      Hope that makes sense 💙

Thank you so much for the wise words and Zen. Buddhism way of life. Every young person should be listening to them so that they can have the tools on their journey and protection. Wish I had them when I was 18 years old. Now that I’m old and I thought quantity was special when I was young I realize now that I have very few that I indeed have a lot of treasures and through the loneliness I have become strong and know myself more than ever. I learned how to Sanyo and place boundaries. I agree there is darkness in kindness. What is that old adage no good deed is left on punished, boy did I learn a lesson many times over and over … and when I was very sick, and I thought these old friends were the real special ones in my life, I realized that it was the ones nearby me that were the real true ones, my neighbors.

Section on forgiveness. I have written and said It is so beautiful to relate or react with compassion and empathy even if the other was in a place of intentional aggression or emotional attack, that is all they know so it might take many of us to keep planting the seeds to this true awareness by living it. And if it takes a min, a day, month year or 10-20 years whilst in our death bed and they get it…then I feel we have done a collective job in showing or opening the doors to a better way of life for their next incarnation will have that memory in their spirit Sorry to waffle but that is my analogy of what true forgiveness is. Thank you for reading.

It’s important to recognize when your energy is running low and to take steps to recharge. Helping others is admirable, but self-care is essential to keep your own “batteries” full. Consider setting aside time for activities that rejuvenate you-whether that’s rest, hobbies, or simply moments of quiet reflection. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup; taking care of yourself allows you to continue supporting others effectively.

My wifey and I over the last 20 years have found we were in a circle of continuous pattern. We moved to a new area made a little community, of three or four single females older than we were, hoping for relaxation and joy in peaceful friendship. Hope to help with daily tasks they couldn’t do , make our area feel safe and a tidy clean place to live …
Each time for a couple of years things were nice , we all helped each other but communication became more difficult, jealousy for no reason broke the community. We moved on this time after many repeated attempts at settling we were determined not to make the same mistake, but we let one person into our lives, she had a very sad story that couldn’t turn our backs to her , but almost immediately she caused a wedged between us that had never happened before ever. Over the last 4 years even after pulling away many times she still has a grip on us …we don’t want to move again. I intend to show this to Lisa for her to watch to gain hope in our journey forward and light going forward.

It’s intriguing how Zen philosophy suggests that every person we encounter is part of our spiritual journey. According to Buddhist teachings, these meetings aren’t random-they’re opportunities for growth, reflection, and even karmic resolution. Each person serves as a mirror, reflecting something about ourselves that we need to see, whether it’s a lesson, a challenge, or a blessing. Ever wonder if the people in your life right now are there for a reason you’ve yet to understand?

    • @WordsOfBuddha01
      @WordsOfBuddha01  4 місяці тому

This feeling of familiarity with people you meet can be attributed to the sense of timeless connection or spiritual resonance. In many spiritual and philosophical traditions, including Buddhism, there's a belief that our deeper, eternal self carries experiences and connections from beyond this current lifetime. This sense of déjà vu or deep familiarity may suggest that our interactions are part of a larger, ongoing journey of growth and learning. It implies that these relationships may have deeper roots and are significant in our personal and spiritual development.

This message hiit ME EXACTLY when I needed to hear this.
I understand this message in my current situation.
I'm worried about my daughter ( early teen)
    I feel she's,been manipulated.
From a young age of 10yys old.
I've only recently seen the " signs" of manipulation
    I have made it clear.
    But no parties come clean.
I'm ready to give my understanding.
I want my daughter and I to move along together,
    I hate the manipulation.
I'd love to talk to budda.
I just want PEACE for EVERYONE.
    I want PEACE.
ILL FORGIVE IF HE WILL ADMIT AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS.
    😊

Forget that. Even no thought enters one's life through chance.
Forget people. They come and go. Everything conditioned. As long as conditions exist, people or things exist. When no conditions exist, no people or things will exist in one's life.

This is very insightful. I'm wondering if it can be modified or replaced. I'm on the 3rd story, and there's a problem with the stories. The first story is repeated twice. The second story is cut off by the 3rd story. Thank you for this. Hoping it can be corrected.

Hey my name is Martina. I am creating a magazine that holds poetry. I agree with the teachings that you have set forth in this video. I am using one of your teachings in my magazine in my own words but elaborating on precise concepts that you are revealing . I just wanted to let you know that you are awesome in your approach to these teachings. I am a spiritual person. I am if it’s okay to cite you in my work to drive more people to look outside of themselves and dive deeper into themselves creating a more profoundly truth of a newer approach.

Hi Martina! It's wonderful that you're creating a magazine focused on poetry and spiritual teachings. Your approach to expanding on concepts and making them accessible to others is inspiring. Citing the teachings and giving credit is a great way to acknowledge the source while adding your unique perspective. As long as you're respectful of the original ideas and provide proper attribution, it should be perfectly fine to include them in your work. It's great to see you contributing to a deeper understanding of spiritual growth and self-discovery. Best of luck with your magazine!

I recently told a friend about an opportunity and thought they were able to take advantage of it but ended up finding out there was all sorts of reasons why they couldn’t and they had never mentioned this to me over the years. What I’d not thought about that in this persons life there is another person to be considered and that person has been less than helpful to improve this persons life even though they are closest to them. Now I feel really bad even mentioning about this financial opportunity that they aren’t eligible for because of their poor life decisions beyond my control. I now feel so bad about this like this will be used as a reason to add resentment and create a wedge in their lives between each other and all I wanted to do is help them. And my inner voice said to me that maybe I should say nothing as the saying goes “no good deed goes unpunished”. I wish I had listened. But I also I might still end up changing their lives for the better too and I still hold on to hope but I am not going to say anymore and hope they solve the on their on and know the path to solve it now. Strangely this person has said that meeting me again after many years must have been for a reason. Maybe all’s not lost ?

"I say that next to God there is no nobler thing than suffering. Right suffering is the mother of all virtues, for right suffering so subdues the heart, it cannot rise to pride but perforce is lowly." - Meister Eckhart
"Harkee, all rational souls! The swiftest steed to bear you to your goal is suffering; none shall ever taste eternal bliss but those who stand with Christ in depths of bitterness. Nothing is more gall-bitter than suffering, nothing so honey-sweet as to have suffered. The most sure foundation for this perfection is humility, for he whose nature here creeps in deepest depths shall soar in spirit to highest height of Deity." - Meister Eckhart

Buddhism teaches that suffering arises from attachment, desire, and ignorance. The path to overcoming suffering involves understanding its causes and following the Noble Eightfold Path, which leads to wisdom, ethical conduct, and mental discipline. The goal is not to escape suffering entirely but to develop a deep understanding of it, ultimately leading to liberation (nirvana).
From a broader spiritual perspective, suffering is often seen as a catalyst for growth, self-discovery, and compassion. It challenges us to look within, to question our beliefs, and to seek deeper meaning in life. While suffering is difficult, many spiritual teachings suggest that it can lead to greater wisdom and a more profound connection to the divine.
In this way, suffering is not seen as a punishment but as an opportunity for spiritual evolution, helping us to become more compassionate, understanding, and connected to the world and others.
