I made the macaroons and they went very quickly, my husband loved them. I had some of the keto condensed milk left over so I added it to my coconut and lime fat bombs mixture and they are really good. Thank you so much for these recipes. 💕

Condensed milk came out great!! My first time making it. I was worried it wouldn't.. Didn't realize it had to simmer for so long (30-40mins) but it eventually became thick and was totally worth it! I did have to stir occasionally a few times to keep it from clumping too much. I didn't have heavy cream so I used half and half. Can't wait to try the macaroons (in the oven now)! Thank you, thank you, thank you! :D
I'm a little frustrated not having an idea of how long to simmer the milk. Its been 20 minutes and still not there. When will this be ready? FYI for anyone interested, It took 40 minutes to thicken on simmer. OMG!! Worth the wait!! These are so delish. Thank you for the recipe.

Oh. Yes this morning I made the condensed milk and used caramel extract instead of vanilla. Amazing! I so excited because I'm not a vanilla fan, I mean I'll use it but not a fan. 😁
I have made the non keto version of these for many years but am doing keto now. The recipe I used calls for the tops to be dipped in chocolate and then finely chopped macadamia nuts sprinkled on to while the chocolate is still warm. The addition of nuts would add a bit of protein and healthy fat while still being keto! Just a thought.

Hi Mira Made these for the first time when I went to pick up to dip in chocolate they all fell apart…. Any suggestions would be great for next time. Also Allulose we can’t get in Australia what would be the best alternative without crystallisation and the cooling effect . Many thanks
I tried to make the caramel coloured option like yours but the butter started to separate and I got scared so took it off the heat while it was still cream coloured. Does yours separate?

@@Joan2u You could use that but they also make a granulated sugar - it is sorta like the texture of Splenda. Already pretty fine.
