Clicker training can in fact be used that way to put a particular behaviour “on cue”, and often thereby eradicate it, and that relies on positive reinforcement of the behaviour - counter-intuitively. With clicker training you have a command word that the dog will associate with barking, and you reinforce them barking on command only. It takes a bit of time and your reaction to their behaviour has to gradually change as you increase the demands placed on the animal before they are rewarded. In the end, they will only wind up doing the behaviour when you give that command (after you’ve trained them) I think there’s an argument to be made that he’s over-aroused and sometimes they are hyping him up in that state / keeping him keyed up, and possibly that prolongs the behaviour. I believe I read that Bubz is a rescue dog who came from an abusive background. There are all sorts of coping behaviours dogs pick up in those situations. I knew a dog that ran in tight little circles almost continuously- not even because it was stressed, it had just created that neural pathway in its brain during the time it was abused.

( It doesn't take a hard bite to hurt a baby or toddler luckily he isn't around any . ). Trust me it's a dominance issue that needs correcting . @San the Man I think you have a very simplistic view of Mr. Bubz. There are multiple videos where you can see him vacillating between serenity and anxiety from moment to moment. There is even one where right after he freaks out about being held, he is jumping at the guy's feet, eager to go back up. Also notice how Bubz always moves his jaws in a biting motion when he's irritated but never actually bites down on the guy's hand (I had a dog who did the exact same thing: all bark and no bite). He's not a killer by any stretch. He's a dog with a chemical imbalance of some kind. He may be bipolar, but he is most definitely suffering from anxiety.

The thing that’s interesting is that I noticed he’s wagging his tail most of the time when he’s growling. So he’s probably not angry or annoyed, but he’s happy? So I have no idea what’s going on here.
I imagine this is just how he expresses joy most of the time. Some dogs just wag their tails, some even bark or howl, but Mr. Bubz just reeeeeeeees. Even the biting isn't that aggressive, where as an aggressive dog would latch on and try to break skin Mr Bubz just kinda nibbles or nips. To me that just means that as a puppy he was never taught not to do that when it time to play.

The thing that’s interesting is that I noticed he’s wagging his tail most of the time when he’s growling. So he’s probably not angry or annoyed, but he’s happy?

I imagine this is just how he expresses joy most of the time. Some dogs just wag their tails, some even bark or howl, but Mr. Bubz just reeeeeeeees. Even the biting isn't that aggressive, where as an aggressive dog would latch on and try to break skin Mr Bubz just kinda nibbles or nips. To me that just means that as a puppy he was never taught not to do that when it time to play.
