This is why I love going to conventions. I love to look at a person's favorite character turn to reality. Honestly, I don't recognize around half of the characters cosplayed here but they were made so great that you can't help be curious and ask where it was inspired from. Props and kudos to the cosplayers shown here to give their time and dedication to create a costume that makes us go WOW. I hope see even more next conventions

For the peeps who asked for cosplayer ID's, please follow our Instagram. It's a lot easier to ID peeps on Instagram and we put stills from our videos on IG. It would be cool to ID everyone on UA-cam, but I have a really really bad memory and i film hundreds of people at every con. Thanks for understanding! I have the same hooves myself. They're surprisingly easy to walk in. Especially if you can walk in heels.
Can we appreciate how much time and effort it must have taken to make all of those?
Everytime I watch these videos I get so sad at how beautiful these cosplayers are and how detailed their costumes are as well then I give up on cosplaying forever
Oh my goodness. I attended this convention, almost 20 years ago. South Park was a new animated TV series. Guests of Honor included the late Yoshihiro Yonezawa of Comiket fame. I was completely floored by the cosplay group at 4:00. So much talent in those costumes and such great models! Nice music!
I remember watching this years ago when I first started getting interested in cosplay. My family was pretty poor back then and we couldn’t afford any supplies for it so all I could do was watch these 24/7 and wait. Now it’s been over two years and my family is much better off thanks to both of my parents getting new jobs, and we’re grateful to be a part of this amazing community. Can’t wait to see what the future of cosplay has in store for me :)

Ok, I don't know 70% of the characters but WAW ! It's just wonderful !!! It's by far the best cosplay video I have ever seen. And at least we know that everything is real, no photoshop ! Well done for the cosplayers and for the cameraman. Very nice.

I was at that con! I encountered a lot of those cosplayers. But it was awesome to finally meet Jessica Nigri and to see Ani-Mia again. Mia was one of several cosplayers who helped me through something personal last year.

Omg I went to katsucon for the first time in 2016 but didn't see all these guys!! I mean, I saw a lot of great, amazing cosplays, but there was SO MUCH MORE TO BE FOUND OMG.

We used a Canon 5dmk3 for this video. And a lightweight Blackbird stabilizer from CMR. Lenses, Rokinon primes (35mm, 85mm) and Canon 50mm f/1.4.

Cosplay doesn't have to be "sexy" lol. I want to cosplay but I'm too shy to go to any con or so XD.
Maybe find some pictures of appropriate cosplay to show your mom. Not all cosplay is sexy, of course. Also, as a beginner, you should start with something easy. Because sometimes (a lot), you have to make your own stuff. I started at 13 too. Even if you wing it really hard and just throw a bunch of stuff together, it can look pretty good and decent.
