- Let me take you back to the summer of 2023, when I participated at Norway's largest gravel riding event - Bukkerittet! With 200 motorcyclists enjoying some of Norway's best gravel roads, it's bound to be a great weekend.
Although everything did not go according to plan, as the extreme weather "Hans" also arrived in Norway this weekend...

So so beautiful that area is. So fantastic to see your videos from Gimsbu area. Ludwig and Solan is very good friends of mine as you know. Also some of the other figures from Kjell Akurust, My grandfather read for me from Alvdal triologin when I was a kid. 😂

It really is, still so much left to see there! It's fun to hear that Kjell Aukrust is known outside of Norway too 😊 It sure gives you respect for nature, seeing how much destructive power there is to water!
It's been a while. It seems like you got new camera gear. The clarity is amazing, and your mapping software seems to be tied into a satellite view-wow! Oh, now all that flooding on the crops means grocery prices are going to remain high. As we speak, there's a freak snowstorm going on in the middle of the US, but where I am, it's great. I have had the heat off since the last week of February.
It sure has! I'm glad to be back 😃 No new camera gear at that time, I'm glad it looks nice and crisp 😊 Glad you're nice and warm in Florida; I hope the snowstorm doesn't get too bad and cause too much trouble!

I really missed that. Just talking about anything is so nice. Glad you are back. What, all road riding. No single track trail riding into the woods or mountains? What kind of exciting riding is that? I loved riding trails single track when I was younger. South florida has no places to ride off road without getting stuck in a swamp or muck or chased by an alligator. and you country is so beautiful. You picked such amazing music for this episode. Looked s most enjoyable event Runa, even if you did ride a dead end trail, the ride back is never the same when it's offroad. Methinks your mum was a little jealous 🤣
Haha, Mum sure did admire the bike, although finding it "freaking huge!" 😂 And that's so true, roads like that I rarely mind riding back and forth, just means you get to enjoy the view from a different angle like you say 😃

Thank you! 😊 The wool is all natural so still has a lot of lanolin in it, which makes it quite water repellant. It dries up fast once it stops raining, and it keeps you nice and warm even when wet so no, I don't find it annoying 😊

Hi there, I notice you're wearing the Klim Krios Pro helmet and was wondering if you'd recommend it. The only downside I find in reviews is the noise the helmet produces so in particular I am curious how bad it is whilst using earplugs (Do you use molded plugs?).
Hi! I really like the Klim Kris Pro , as its so light and with a few adjustments to the cheek pads fits me very well. It is a bit noisy indeed, but with earplugs (I use Loop Earplugs) I don't think its too bad at all, but I've only ever had adventure helmets which are a bit more noisy in general 😊

I had almost 15,000 on it before I delivered back 😊 I will have a new bike this year, the Norden 901 2024 Model
i was there 😃got to test the wading depth limits on my 660 Tenere on Fv. 27 along the Atna....... was 2-300m long section with a good 50-60cm of water over the road when i crossed

@@OffSheGoesADV nah it was nice new tarmac..... i could even see the road markings through the water 😂it was all very civilized...... had some tense hours the evening before when they closed all the roads around me..... literaly every single road out of the area i was in..... luckly the guy running the campsite i took shelter shared some of the local "Secret Roads" that wasnt hit that badly and i was able to "escape" 😁

Once a biker always a biker your mum's face says it all..... 🤘 Your inreach is that attached just using the carabiner? Asking as I'm about to bite the bullet and get one myself. The weather is crazy at mo, here in the uk some parts have had soooo much water it's insane.
It sure does 😃 And yeas, I only had it connected with the carabiner. Now on my new Mosko Wildcat backpack, there is an additional little elastic strap that goes around it's body to keep it from wiggling around too much. It's a really nice piece of equipment to have for your own safety! I hope the water isn't causing too much damage over there - fingers crossed we'll get a nice and warm summer to dry up!
@@OffSheGoesADV the inreach is one of them things, that you get and just hope it's a waste of money. I can give you the dates for a summer, gonna be warm and dry upto 15th July then gonna be wet and cold till August 28th, when summer returns, and I get the ferry back too Hirtshals 😂😂
