Movies vs Reality: Car Smashing Bollards

It's common understanding that in movies we see things that are not applicable in real life (do Dinosaurs still exist? I just a few in a video!) but to build a whole scene by completely ignoring reality for non-SciFi films just drives me crazy!
Here's the opening scene of the 'Fast X' film, where a vehicle is easily making its way through some bollards.
If these were the standard HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) bollards, well, that scene would've ended in a different way...
** The truck that hits the real bollards is an unmanned test truck to show how effective these bollards are, no-one was in it! **
