Gurgaon Noida Delhi Mumbai etc have prices which are not worth anymore .. infrawise all these cities are poor and even law and order .. Tier 2 and 3 cities are best for investment purpose .. Prices in top 7 cities are now stangnant as only luxury segment is growing and starts from 2-3 crore and goes upto 100 cr per house .. Best not to invest in top 7 and invest heavily in cities like Lucknow Ranchi Jaipur Surat etc
Correct, prices in top7 cities are very much speculative. Lucknow real estate has very good potential in real estate for capital appreciation. Invest in good projects of listed companies

@@tattvamasee mumbai real-estates actual worth not more than 10% of current prices but due to artificial shortage, not developing nearby areas, bad urban planning and not giving expressway, railway, metro connectivity to nearby areas are root cause of this inflated prices.
We need many new city projects which should be planned by help of Singapore or any other foreign countries urban planner. There should not be single indian involved in urban planning otherwise they will mess this new cities also.
Lucknow has a better potential than any other tier 1 metro city...we need lucknow to be the leader in AI market and many more industries....noida and others are good but carry a huge load of population...
For this to work, tech parks like bangalore, Special economic zones etc. Need to be build but in a planned way that has not happened in bangalore or other tier 1 metro cities.
Definitly, lucknow needs to add its broader shoulder in terms of handling the working population load in india.
THIS IS NOT JUST AN OPTION BUT A NECESSITY FOR LUCKNOW TO GROW AT THAT LEVEL....
To add, the current situation of bangalore is the water crises.....but how lucknow can prevent it is by installing water harvesting plants in every public acces areas like underpasses, malls, railway stations, airports, offices etc. So that there won't be any water scarcity faced in the future. Although lucknow is not facing any water crises today, but it's always good to take pre-emptive measures than being late.
