AM PM skin care: is there a difference in what goes on your skin in morning and in night.
Ideally yes !!
Morning skin care is aimed at protecting the skin. But protecting from what? Protecting moisture loss from skin to outside atmosphere. Protecting harmful pollution and UV light from entering the skin and also preparing a skin which holds the makeup well.
Whereas night skin care is all about nourishment and repair. Infusing lots of active ingredients in from, and also repairing the damage done by all harsh internal and external factors.
So you are, usually morning skin care products should be different from night.
