Dans la cocotte, faites dorer l’oignon et l’ail avec un peu d’huile d’olive.
Ajoutez la cuisse de dinde et faites-la dorer à feu doux de chaque côté.
Ajoutez les champignons.
Emiettez le cube de bouillon de volaille par-dessus et versez l’eau.
Amenez à ébullition, couvrez et laissez mijoter une 30 minutes à feu doux.
Ajoutez la crème fraîche et quelques feuilles de persil ciselé, mélangez et poursuivez la cuisson pendant 15 minutes.
Vérifiez l’assaissonnement.
Servez et dégustez !
