Timeline jumping is more like the shifting your reality. its basically you jumping into another reality not literally but its something you kind of notice as you begin to live that other reality, and you realize you can barely recognize yourself, huge changes happen.
not only can u jump timelines, u can merge them, which is entirely different and part of the “tasks” ur soul learns and performs to return to being the creator. im filming this now and will post it on my channel soon explaining the difference. and yes, there ARE levels of consciousness! great questions! i plan on making that video too but it will b a cpl weeks before i do.

As a TF I’ve been doing a shit ton of healing from my past lives! I’ve been shown over 13 lives and having to heal these areas/energies through love, clarity, acceptance, and releasing. Detached! It's unlikely for twins to feel each others energy. The spiritually evolved one's (divine feminine) energy can easily reach divine masculine - and that's causing the push'n'pull we all know 😏 - but it doesn't turn around. Energy always flows from positive to negative.
