These breakdowns are by far the best thing on this channel
Their first fight was 4 years ago? Shit. I’m old.
Time really does fly
@@ChristianGonzalez-hr5us More so the older we get, the perception of time changes drastically lol
RIP Covid 2020
Feels like 2 yrs ago 😢
@@roidster44012020 was a great year for me. For some reason I always shine in leap years. 2012, 2016, 2020 and this year goes really well for me again. Crazy shit
I’m pretty sure Sean admitted that Chito hit his perennial nerve🤔
o'malley is no champion , more like a bench warmer just chasing sponsorships, thought this was the UFC? not fake celeb untested champions
bruh he fell cus he rolled his ankle becase of the nerve
@@gingeraledude420no Sean said it many times
@@TheNotoriousIzzy yeah Saud is very knowledgeable but he was wrong about that
perennial means "lasting or existing for a long or apparently infinite time".
the word you're looking for is peroneal nerve.
O'malley never blamed it on rolling the ankle he did indeed say it was the nerve
casuals
o'malley is no champion , more like a bench warmer just chasing sponsorships, thought this was the UFC? not fake celeb untested champions
Yea and he said it was all luck
Right everytime he talks about the fight he says it was the nerve
he also said it was luck when in reality Sean is brittle and got knocked the fuck out. fanboys can't take reality
What the fuck are you talking about sean claims it was not from a kick he rolled his ankle? I seen Sean say" his toe hit my perennial nerve" on camera and in interviews countless times and has explained it in detail on multiple podcasts and interviews.
Same
Chito’s left toe is the most dangerous weapon in mma
Sean is on a whole different level than cheeto Sean has actually fought top ranked guys last few fights cheeto hasn't Sean will finish this fight in the first round second round max😂
So you guys are these idiots hyping up skittle boy?
@@Bryan-gy3guyou ain't lying
I really enjoy watching the breakdown for all the fights, great analysis.
At the end of the day . Even if he hurt him foot … he got finished on the ground with elbows. Defending your face of the ground from elbows doesn’t need ur foot . He would’ve had a better excuse if they stopped the fight on the feet or by tko by leg kicks .
exactly, if this had happened to prime frankie edgar for example, he would have made it to the next round imo. if chito had passed guard because omailley couldn't move his leg well, maybe a bit more room for excuses. but he had full guard ffs
The guy in the white shoes just stood there and say yes for 45 minutes, and still asked for the key to victory at the end 😂
Brandon isnt an MMA coach or fighter, so it makes sense for him to just nod and agree when he has no experience. Next time put yourself in that position or would you just blabber or let the professional talk?
That's the presenter.. and he does have a goal: he needs to kinda keep the coach focussed and on track.
Amazing breakdown video, some high level detailed fight analysis right der doe, banger ufc video
First fight happened in August 2020, how can that be more than 4 years ago?
Just like Royval is on a 4 fight win streak
That's right, he rounded up. Only been 3 yrs 7 months.
Love this format, great breakdown 🎓
Saludos desde Tijuana México puro chito Vera ECUADOR mis 🙏
Great breakdown of the injury. I had the same nerve issue and it leads to drop foot. Interesting fact you can move backwards and sometimes laterally but as soon as you move forward ...drop foot. Sucks.
Sean didn't get injured. Chito kicked him in the nerve and his foot never came back. The next day it came back and he was walking fine, etc. He rolled on his ankle due to it but got lucky that he didn't get any damage on his foot from it.
@@Austin123. agreed. The kick was perfect.
Well, actually, you’re wrong because he couldn’t move laterally either. The first ankle roll was on lateral movement but whatever you say bud.
@josiffexplosiff1 yeah I was talking more about in general. Not Sean's case particularly. Although he obviously is moving laterally sometimes . If you've ever had dropfoot you will know.
According to alot of people, the toe-to-nerve kick wasn't a fluke. So I expect Chito to just do that same kick again, the 2nd kick he lands, and the night's over.
He might as well just do it the first kick and save the time. I'm really surprised he doesn't just do it every fight. He'd be undefeated!
Fluke or not, your take and logic on the subject matter is not that valid because it's like you are saying that Izzy's K.O to Alex is a fluke, coz if not why won't Izzy just K.O all his opponents... Same goes with every other fighter's finishes
@@wilfredjrplacencia105 No. Your logic is not valid. People get KO'd by punches to the head every event.
How many fights have ended due to a toe hitting the nerve? Especially the 2nd kick of the fight.
You're comparing apples and oranges.
The only thing close is when people takes 20+ kicks to the leg and eventually deaden the nerve. That's happened like a few times ever.
But the 2nd landed kick of the night perfectly hitting the nerve? Yea, that's a fluke. Not anywhere in the same ball park as people getting punched in the head and getting knocked out lol
@@MansterBear At the end of the day. Proper planning, proper timing and execution needs to be done every fight. May the best man win on UFC 299
Are you being sarcastic? Obviously you can’t just damage the nerve every time you throw a leg kick.
Only casuals and Chito's fanboys ignore this fluke. Chito never finishes any decent opponents in the first round, not even washed and ancient Frankie who was finished in 20 seconds by Sandhagen and Chris Gutierrez, instead of getting dominated the whole fight until the last round like Chito did against the gassed old men with no reflexes (Cruz, Pickett, etc)
Every fighter training...all they have to do is see this kind of videos to adject their training camp. Amazing🎉🎉
Good break down on the leg injury I was just looking at this
first time actually seeing the breakdown of seans leg/foot just being completely useless
I do see Seans "freak occurance" argument but in a lot of ways Chito won as soon as that nerve was struck....thats fighting
Love these breakdowns. I disagree on 12:30 though. That kick wasn't to gauge the distance, it was to bait Aljo into rushing in. Prior to this moment, each time O'Malley kicked Aljo in the stomach, Aljo rushed in to "get it back." DC even commented during the replay, "Aljo rushes in, then gets hit with the right-hand." That was the trap O'Malley set.
You are wrong. But thanks
two things can be true. feel like in that moment the front kick was used to gauge distance and to lure aljo in
Yea I agree with you. I thought Tim and Sean went over that
@@TransitionedToAShark You should have transitioned to a dolphin instead. Much smarter. Then you would have realized I was right.
@@poofbah431I wouldn't be surprised if they did, but I haven't watched that episode. I've watched a dozen breakdowns of Ilia's finishing sequence against Volk, and none of them recognized when the sequence actually started. They all focus on the "blitz." It's astonishing to me how so many smart people don't actually understand what they're watching. Saud is a brilliant fight strategist, too, which makes me wonder how he missed this.
That was great, I love these breakdowns thank you
He really broke that down. I hadn't remembered half those foot rolls watching the fight full speed years ago.
Great insight🎉🎉🎉🎉❤ subscribed 😊
Many may not like him but he has shown he is one of the best in the division. Believe it or not he is humble and knows how dangerous these guys are. Hes a very smart fighter
no way they called suga a bonified superstar lmao
Leave the man alone, he's just doing his job, kind of impressive that he kept a straight face while reading that part of the script.
Excited for this one 🔥
Amazing how that injury occurred as the direct reault of successful violence.
Chito is a dam good cage cutter!!
Sayif is hands down the best mma analyst out there. In a league of his own.
That distance control from omally with aljo is perfection, this week be an awesome fight
Chito is very patient, he is not going to run into Suga
So what if Sean got injured during the fight? It was because of Chito’s kick. That’s no excuse, it could be an excuse if he got injured because of something that he did wrong, but that wasn’t the case. Sean is a great fighter and I don’t understand why he still uses that injury to justify the loss and keeps saying that it was not due to Vera’s fight.
Man UFC 299 is epic! So excited for MVP’s UFC debut, should be a fun match up against Kevin Holland, Suga Sean vs Chito Vera 2 will be epic and Dustin Poirier vs Benoit Saint Denis will be an absolute war, Gilbert Burns vs Jack Della Maddalena should be a fun match up, so hyped for this card.
“And there’s some stuff there, pretty obvious what happened” Ah yes.
Good analysis but geez louise just blow O'Malley and get it out of the way.
This was a really great breakdown.
Respect to Chito but Sean sleeps him in 2 rounds this time.
chito never even been dropped
Bro ! Lol sean has weak legs. He's brittle. You and clown buddy can take a major L that day chito for the W
@@AlexHernandez-gn6rdthen go fight Omalley yourself. Lil keyboard warrior boy 😂
@@AlexHernandez-gn6rdI'm pretty sure he could end your life with his bare hands therefore I'm even more sure that you wouldn't say this to his face you'd ask to take a picture & tell him you're a big fan 💀
facts or he picks him apart for 5 rounds
It will look like the Chito vs Rob Font fight. O'Malley landing more on Chitos guard, but will get walked down and finished for the 2nd time.
Hope so
Definitely possible.. but I think O'malley will fight like Adesanya and Chito is not gonna catch him. I think it's gonna be a round 4 tko by Sean or a decision win for Sean.
"Oh u throw ur hook m outtA there" 😂got me so good the bald guy has the thing what an expert 😅
Great breakdown analysis, the chito show is coming
& going to get KO'd lol.
Lol
seans right hand is nuts. that said chito is going to hurt that man lol
Honestly chito can come out with leg sweeps and just early threaten the takedown. No one would expect that. Chito caught Cruz a smaller faster target. Should be a fun one
Cant say Sean isn’t a great fighter, he’s extremely versatile and has high IQ but not sure how long he’ll manage to keep that belt… lots of tuff competition on the come up and they are very well rounded
Should have played rounds 2 & 3 of Yan vs O’Malley where Yan wins both and gets screwed on the decision.
Can’t wait 🔥🔥
I love how ppl say chitto breaks him then I say how and they just say Sean isn’t durable but like Sean has a plan to fallow o don’t think chitto does
Now if O'Malley had done that to Vera and won the fight, and Vera said no he didn't win the fight then what would kept saying he didn't beat me he didn't beat me... you just got to take it for what it is even the other night when Ortega was jumping up and down and rolled his ankle slightly, and he could have heard it really bad but he shook it off...... what a great fight it was.
i love these breakdowns
Vera executes O malley. He has that killer instinct. Love the breakdown.
Yan was the killer in the division.
29:28
Nice.
I love these breakdowns
Love these breakdowns
great breakdown!
Excellent explanation
Yea boii have a nice day everyone!
The reason for my comment favoring Chto is bcs of the way Omiley never owened the loss
Exactly. He shrugged it off and made excuses about the loss. There’s one 1 fighter who needs an * by a loss and that’s Jon Jones. O’Malley nowhere near his level.
Without the injury it's a very close fight. To say chito won is wild. Yeah chito won via injury. Ya feel? So cool. 😭
Just because one fighter does not concede to defeat, it doesn't make the fight controversial. It doesn't require a fight expert to explain what really happened in this fight. Sorry, I take it back, it is necessary to explain it to those who didn't see the fight, or to people who are visually impaired but was listening in during the fight. However, no expert analysis in the world would ever convince delusional people as to what really happened.
Best breakdown!!! Thanks for this analysis
This was actually super interesting.. & only makes this fight more intriguing.
Crazy how omalley got the better of chito in the standup even tho sean was fighting literally on 1 leg. I think theres no doubt if sean survived to the 2nd round - gets a minute to recover & put the ice pack on the hamstring -- omalley would come out & dominate chito for the remainder of the fight..
Also if omalley doesn't fall on his back after tripping on His dead fish of a
Foof, think chito would chase a finish, emptying the tank just to get off the stool for round 2 discouraged with a lower battery than he should have
Short story long-
--**Omalley has a reasonable argument about that one loss not being legitimate. I get chito landed the kick to compromise seans leg but just like the last conor fight the commission should give the fighter who dealt the damage the win on they're record & the fighter who got the freak accident they should call it as a doctor stoppage which should be a no contest since they were unable to protect themselves because they lost all ability of use of an entire limb
´´O Malley is the most dynamic striker we ever seen ´´
Instantly closing this shill
Send u my prayers Chito 🙏💪✌
Respect to all fighters❤
MMA fighters and boxers are our modern day gladiators. I would never disrespect any of them
It's either Peroneal, again... or Chito is toast to be crumbled..
Just rememberd the x fence grapes of O'Malley while talking the Yan grappling defence.
I never thought I would say this, but the General's breakdowns are even better, more technical, clear and detailed than Dan Hardy's.
Sayif Saud's transformation from gritty, foulmouthed cornerman to MMA's Bob Ross breakdown show host makes me laugh every time. The man's an absolute professional and I love it.
Who remembers O’Malley testing positive for peds?
That’s one of the best breakdowns of a fight I’ve seen in a while! Who is that dude?
Really nice breakdown
Love these breakdowns with the screen
How does having a dead, numb leg cause you to not defend yourself in the gaurd?
Hope the badass Chito shows up
yeah thats the big part of the fight
Correct yourself, O’Malley did mention it.
sean never said he rolled his ankle lmao, good reporting
Sean said he got kicked in the nerve, baldy needs to study more
Really glad that Suga is about to lose again.
You are so sure, can you see the future? Did you bet all your lunch money on the fight?
Best Ive seen rxplaining what really happenned
This is some of the best analysis since before Robin Black started doing long rambling middling self-help psychology.
I think it's hilarious that Sean hand picked #6 ranked Chito Vera as the easiest match up for him, and it's a guy that's already beat him. I can't wait for this fight lol
Merab - UFC was mad at him at the time, and he denied the fight stating "Aljo gets rematch first before I get the fight" (thusly declining the fight)
Cory - Injured
@@Austin123. plus merdrab is the most boring fighter in the ufc
Con Chito, un espanol desde New Orlens
Perineal nerve: I gotta get another win.
Yo I got a question for any of my dudes in here
What's good
Sup bro
im a fight expert broski
Chito wins by decision, O'malley isn't that tough to handle him
Let’s go Chito!
i would happily go to the sayif saud school of analysis
There was no controversy. If your body gives out and you get mounted and pummeled, you lose. It’s like saying “oh man, if you hadn’t broke my orbital bone, I would have totally won”
The injury was caused by the leg kick. Not sure how hard that is to understand. Fluke or not it happened.
If u see his leg wiggle first before vera started to kick . I think that’s when he already felt a bend . This clip will not show the wiggle . It happen to me when I jump I felt something . I could still stand . Not comfortable.
That Eddie ko? He faked the uppercut and turned it into a straight with the same hand. Crazy
So... Chito did just beat him straight up and all this extra stuff about controversy and it being flukey was weak excuses and conjecture by his fans or haters of Chito... Thanks For The Clarification 😅😅
12:55 remember lads, every inch counts 👍💯
Sometimes the best fighters in the division do not have the belt. Like this fight O'Malley is not the best fighter in the bantamweight division by far and neither is Cheeto. Still I am excited to see this fight. I like Cheeto I hope he wins. He's going to have his work cut out for him immediately though with Corey and merab waiting.
And O’Malley says he didn’t lose his fight. Give me a fucking break.
Sayif "I need this round" Saud
i cant say this enough bro, chito beat him with a precise kick to the nerve thus rendering him useless for the fight which led to his loss. Sean just cant wrap his head around it.
Vera
A superstar...
Not that many people like him, where does that come from?
Bonafide superstar apparently...
And new.. CHITO VERA CAMPEÓN!!
I respect Omiley but I truly nelieve Chito will surprise everyone and get the win.
11:35 that dude was with his arms down in front of Sean knowing Sean has a long reach! I mean why would he do that?!
Chito takes it by TKO in the third. ANNNDDDD NEWWWWW!!!!
Damn. Great job General Saud
