If we get an open work permit visa, we have to go there and find a job ourselves. So if you go there and get a job, does the employer give a LMIA letter or then there is no need for a LMIA letter
It cost you about 20000$ to 30000$ canadian dollars. For closed workpermit which means you have to work for your deginated employer for 2 yrs on thier condition and wages.
