Very nice! The wing flex or 'droop' on the ground is actually excessive, PMDG have acknowledged this and are working on a fix. Also I noticed during 11:44 half of the main gear flashes on and off - wonder what causes that?
It happens on another flight sim called Infinite Flight where when you lower the gear and it flashes on and off. I think it is like when the game actually turns the gear from an animation to an actual entity or something that can interact with the ground but that doesn't explain why it flashed after it 'kissed' the ground.

I have a pc with the same performance characteristics of your, and the same orbx products.. how can you have the texture so detailed and full of items without having to VAS problems and OOM? If I use the same Frankfurt airport to those details .. from the gate to the runway they are already OOM ...
I really don't know. I never had any problems at EDDF even with Prealsoft's Frankfurt City addon. It's of course impossible to fly with these settings. I only crank up the settings for the recording and I'm restarting the Sim for every view (wings, cockpit, external etc.). Make sure your LOD Distance is set to 4.5 or less and disable all sceneries you don't use. You should also look into tweaking the fsx.CFG. There are many tutorials out there. Most of the time I don't have any VAS problems. Exceptions are the FSLabs A320 and FlyTampa's Amsterdam.

Habe nachträglich Orbx global, openlc Europe, Vector, trees gekauft und den ftx central gedowloaded. Habe über das ftx die 4 Produkte dort installiert. Nun sehe ich, dass sich kaum was im fsx geändert hat. Wenn ich im fsx auf die szeneriebibliothek gehe, sehe ich nur meine Airport add ons und nicht die Orbx Produkte. Was soll ich machen? Bzw aktivieren? Lg ( Hammer Video!!)
Solche Probleme gehören ins Orbx Support Forum. Dort bekommst du kompetente Hilfe direkt vom Hersteller. Evtl. könnte ein Ändern des Insertion Punktes unter "Settings" in FTX Central helfen. Oder das erneute Durchführen der "Force Migration" - Funktion. Aber wie gesagt, wende dich lieber an den offiziellen Support.
found out on my version if you don't look for it you won't really see it..in proatcx to set flight plan to plane window, next to pmdg MD 11, it says 747 and j41..haha go figure..working so far with pmdg 747 v2.
I can't remember how many fps I had with this scenery and aircraft in FSX. P3D is running at around 25-30fps under similar conditions. The 747 runs very smooth just like the PMDG 737.
That's because I set the lights to show during daylight otherwise they wouldn't be visible during dusk or dawn (FSX limitation). They look a lot better at night!
VAS was around 3.5GB at the Gate in Houston. All FTX products enabled, no autogen, normal airport details, UT2 Traffic set to maximum, TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD: 4096

tjf4375 the droop is accurate in 40+ knot conditions but I agree with you it is way to excessive for what it is now

The flashing gear could be the result of the recording method (I record the replay in slow motion)

Depends on the surrounding scenery but at Frankfurt I usually get around 25FPS in the Cockpit and 30+ in external views

Not possible due to copyright issues but you can always skip parts of the video if you don't like to watch the whole approach

No. FSRecorder doesn't work the way I need it for these videos. That's why I'm bound to FSX.

Hello. how did you get PRO ATC to find the PLANE..I HAVE PROATC X AND It DOES NOT have the plane setting.
I chose the 777 flight plan setting. The 747 v3 obviously isn't listed in ProATC yet but that worked fine.
