I can relate to Anais. My son is autistic too, my son went from talking from age of 1 and completely stopped. After going to many many many mary doctors to therapy, you name it, and I was told that he never reach or have a potential in life , I was hurt and sooo broken to the point where couldn’t sleep at night and lost my appetite changed. He was the thing I think about. juggle things around, it’s even harder when you’re a single parent like I am. And I have another son who needs my attention too. It’s sooo hard. I’m trying not to give up!

Stay strong I'm a single parent of 4 ...1 son is schizophrenic and other bipolar...and 2 daughters that lack my attention at times because. Always so busy with Dr appointments and calming their rages..while trying to balance 2 jobs
As a parent of 2 autistic children I understand how she feels.

Me too. Most overwhelming responsibility I've ever had. I understand the toll it can take on you. It is an eye opening experience and thankless job. You have to do a lot of digging a researching to help you cope with it all and learning how to communicate to your child the way he/she processes things will make things easier. Parents have to be deeply engaged to the point others may not understand. Remember to take care of yourself in the midst of it. Exercise, get therapy, pray, have some fun. Put it on schedule. All things are possible. God bless.

She actually has quite a spectacular voice. Not gonna lie, I prejudged her when I saw her on the lhhny and then she randomly came up on my UA-cam feed singing live back in the day and she certainly blew me away. Beautiful voice.

my son has autism also and I got 2 other children and one more on the way . my asd child is the oldest. it is very hard handling everything and then add a special needs child its even more hard and I feel for anais and have a new respect for her. I always liked her

My firstborn daughter Diamond is autistic. It's a challenge, but I love the progress that she has made this far. I applaud Anais! It is a struggle to deal with, but thank God for my husband for helping me every step of the way!
