After watching plenty of Klaus and Caroline scenes, I think the writers did a great job. It wasn’t a usually innocent girl falls for bad boy situation, Caroline doesn’t just see good in Klaus but actually stands up to him and the push/shove he needed to change.
It was a thin line, but the Vampire Diaries and the Originals managed to walk it.
They had the best chemistry✨
When she tells him hes not the villain in her story is one of my favourites. He needed to hear that

Honestly the biggest reason why i like the Originals over the Vampire Diaries is because of there being no Elena! Still wish that at the very least Bonnie was brought over to that series. She would have been better in the Originals than in whatever was S5 onwards Vampire Diaries.

I literally got in an argument that Klaus was in France committing mass murder of those "enemies" of him and his family. That was to ensure the future for Hope! Like why are you arguing against that!
