Actually, handmade Sotong Balls are a rare find here. You can hardly find them at any hawker stalls now. This stall has the most incredibly chewy and tender balls. In fact, you can taste the handcrafted goodness when you bite into some sotong bits in the middle at some point.
Besides the irregularly shaped fish Ball, there's pork balls too. They are also fresh made daily, and trust me, there's no trace of porky taste here.
The light and savory broth is the star of the show. I couldn't resist and finished the whole bowl. The friendly lady running the stall even strains the soup with sieve on every order and probably that make it more flavorful.
Don't forget to sprinkle their homemade fried garlic, it takes the flavor to a whole new level! 👍 You definitely must give it a try!
