    You can find urea in many drugstore moisturisers in Europe especially from German brands. Very effective! I love urea hand creams a lot!

    can you make an episode on aloe vera? 🙏 it seems like a super interesting ingredient with lots of added benefits next to hydration but no one seems to talk about it so I don't know if the benefits are actually true or just myths

      nah that's kind of a myth. usually more of the mistake comes from not balancing humectants with emollients and occlusives to properly seal moisture in
