I listened to this song daily and prayed for my unborn baby boy. I spent 12 weeks before i had him in the hospital on bed rest. I had him at 37 weeks and although he was so sick by Gods grace my babt boy loved 3 whole months. The doctors didnt think he would. He surpassed so many obstacles and nothing but God let him cross those hurdles. When i am having a bad day i losten to this song and pray.

Having been in the hospital 6 days because of covid many prayers have been prayed by many of God's children, today my dr came in checked me looked at me and said i believe you have beat it and i told him of psalm 118:17 i shall live and not die and declare the works of the Lord don't give up,pray trust God i will be praying this child our God is faithful

And I started out listening to the primitive quartet, the old ship of Zion, and this song popped up, I've never heard of it before, I started listening to it and I busted out crying, cause it's exactly how I feel, especially the line "I wondered where was he? Is he still a friend of mine?" And coming down the road was Jesus right on time. Because sometimes when you pray a wall is there.. and you wonder where he is? I believe he sent me this song today to remind me, he's always on time and just hold on. I thank you Lord, for being with me in my car today. So many things that’s happened in my lifetime like when my dad died. Looking at him the song Borrowed tomb kept playing in my head. That song helped me get through the process and hard time

I love Peg! We saw them in Gaitlinburg years ago. Best concert ever in my life. It was more like a camp meeting! The Spirit of God filled the building the whole night. It was a true revival. They are a blessing. They ended with God of the mountain and heaven came down.

McKameys 1 of my most favorite groups in gospel music!!! So so sad they will be ( RETIRING THIS YEAR 2019) It’s really sad because they’re 1 of our best, singing the good old time southern gospel music. Will really be hard to replace them. Actually... they’re ire replaceable!!!!

My previous husband Shawn Obrien and I celebrated our 10th anniversary on March 17, 1995. For five and a half of those year Shawn had been addicted to heroin. On the night of our anniversary Shawn didn't want to do anything at all to celebrate. That was very disappointing for me. But I began to pray in faith and trust God to help my husband overcome his addiction. I wrote songs of faith each day until Sunday night, when Shawn started into withdrawals and asked me to take him to the hospital at Texas Tech University where he was a student and fraternity member. Later that night, after Shawn had been admitted to the hospital I wrote Four Days Late.
After years of addiction i laid it down..and had put my FULL faith in God whicb was so hard but i did and im looking for him to come down that road right on time....im so close to gettin right with God... praise his name

Everytime I seemed lost in mind and spirit Jesus has been there. I'm a combat vet retired and sometimes the PTSD throws me around but praise God he holds me in his arms right. Just hold on he has you. His Grace is sufficient and his mercy sustainith.

3 years ago when my SIL passed suddenly and everybody was devastated, my mother played this song every day. I hated it. No idea why. 3 later I'm feeling anxious, stressed, and sad from work and this song pops into my heart and yes mother you were right. ❤❤ right on time ❤

I wrote songs of faith each day until Sunday night, when Shawn started into withdrawals and asked me to take him to the hospital at Texas Tech University where he was a student and fraternity member. Later that night, after Shawn had been admitted to the hospital I wrote Four Days Late.
After years of addiction i laid it down..and had put my FULL faith in God whicb was so hard but i did and im looking for him to come down that road right on time....im so close to gettin right with God... praise his name

As a young teenager in the early 90's I remember hearing several radio hits from The McKamey's being played on the local gospel radio station 107.9 FM WFCA in French Camp Mississippi......Their songs are timeless classics 🙂

Everytime I seemed lost in mind and spirit Jesus has been there. I'm a combat vet retired and sometimes the PTSD throws me around but praise God he holds me in his arms right. Just hold on he has you. His Grace is sufficient and his mercy sustainith.

3 years ago when my SIL passed suddenly and everybody was devastated, my mother played this song every day. I hated it. No idea why. 3 later I'm feeling anxious, stressed, and sad from work and this song pops into my heart and yes mother you were right. ❤❤ right on time ❤
