Hello Anoma! The kids are growing up so fast, they're amazing helpers. Your fish balls and noodles looked so delicious. I've never cooked with soy but it looks like a great ingredient and I love that it's dried and can be rehydrated. You are so creative and talented on how you preserve things without refrigeration.
