Instruction
1- Plug in the power (AC85 ~ 265V), wait a moment: after the instrument voltage shows the highest voltage of 320V (DC), insert corresponding red black marker, you can start the test.
2- In the test, the red and black pen will be exposed to the positive negative electrode of the LED, and the light source will automatically be slowly (3 ~ 5s). Rise to highlight and stabilize. If you don’t want to be too bright, you can pick up a pen when you feel the right brightness. The process can be repeated during the next test.
3- The instrument adopts the output voltage to adapt automatically, the current can be automatically raised by the small to large, and the light can not be burned without electric shock. It is not easy to use the indirect and indirect lamp beads to avoid burning, but it is possible for the low-quality single bulb in the reverse breakdown, the single lamp bead does not recommend trying to reverse.
4- LCD screen backlight test method :
1- Remove the interface socket of the constant current plate and the lamp bar.

3- Turn on the power of the TV and make the TV (except the constant flow plate) normal. At this point , if the lamp is normal, the LCD screen, main board and logic board are normal, you can see the positive on the screen The usual picture is that the brightness
4- Digital display real-time voltage: the voltage shall be the same for each set of lights in the same TV, and if the voltage error exceeds when the test is tested Over 3V, the voltage of the lamp bar may be problematic. Also can compare with the good light bar of the same model, by contrast voltage judge the good and bad of the backlight.
5- Test skills :
1- When the test is tested, show voltage = open circuit voltage, indicating that the lamp bar may be connected to reverse or open circuit failure.
2- When the test is tested, the display circuit = 000V, indicating that the lamp bar or bead is short-circuited.
3- When testing two objects without electrical connection, if the display voltage is significantly lower than the open-circuit voltage, this is indicated. There was a leak between the two subjects.
Do not touch both end of the probes at the same time.
