Thanks for having me Graham!
It was a good interview
Huston being nice and humble
Never thought I would see him on this channel
What’s up with the empty location in Newport s Beach?
we need edmond to come now
@Sixty_one _60 YES
Wasn't expecting thiss one! Was super excited when I seen they had you on clicked right away. Have been watching your channel for like 4 years was great to learn more bout where you came from and about the rental car company!
This man is an interesting story teller and his stories are so fascinating. Currently glued to my screen this is a great episode.
Thanks so much!!! Glad you enjoyed (:
And he has a remarkably soothing method of speech. I think part of his phenomenal story-telling skill, his voice and speech meter are on a level tantamount to a fine opera singer.
Same
I agree! That is why I have been watching his UA-cam channel the past 2 years.
Agreed! This guy is great at speaking, kept me interested the whole pod
This was a great interview. That guy is a really good speaker and it's crazy how detailed he is.
And he also seems to be a pretty good business man to boot!
I love how well this guy is able to break down stories! I feel like I am playing a video in my head.
He’s a fantastic storyteller!
He has a great memory so he can explain everything in detail. I could do the same if I could remember what I did 3 days ago 😂
@@stahl8641 .
His voice bro
This guy knows how to run a business! Definition of an entrepreneur. Just read some of the Google reviews for his business and it’s clear he’s the best in his biz
was thinking the same thing.
My favorite episode thus far! what an awesome man he is, it seemed like you guys never ran out of topics in this one. Keep it up
So happy you enjoyed (:
2:50 My grandmother to Jack “shut your mouth, you’re going to catch flies.”
Wow, Houston was an eye-opening guest! He has real business acumen and knows how to strategically grow businesses. Great show Graham and Jack!
When I asked my followers from different platforms what are their immediate financial goal, most of them said that their want to make their first million. So that's what we're doing today.
Making 1 million dollars sounds like a lot of money if you've never earned high figures before. It might seem like an obsolete objective, but the truth is new millionaires are created each day.
It's pertinent to know that investment is essential to make more money, I hit big on crypto..
@@souza-t Speaking about investment, You're right that's why I had to start up investing in forex fews month ago and now I'm really benefiting from it, honestly speaking I earned huge profits more than what I was paid for as my wages in a month interval
@Jocelyn Maria
@Jackson Alexander Lol you don't need to be surprised Mrs Galia Benartzi is really good and everyone loves genuine services, she has helped me recover what I lost trying to trade on my own.
Remember reading some tacky articles about Houston's rental business back then, but he always came through as a smart guy. Awesome episode!
Graham, the tactic is to have so many cars that if you decide to drive them all, you still wouldn't be able to put significant wear on any of them haha
You guys always crush it with the guests you get on! Love hearing the stories of other successful entrepreneurs!
Thanks so much Carter!
About time you had him on, was waiting when you would have Houston on!
yeah!
I'm currently halfway through the interview and just waiting to hear about his experience with Damon Fryer (DDE)
Great episode guys! I feel like, as a car guy myself, I would really get along with Houston. He is a very smart entrepreneur as well!
Great interview, i love these REAL business talks. Probably one of my favorite podcasts in the past year.
One of the first ever podcast I’ve ever seen. I would love to meet all three of you guys together. So many ideas and just different opinions which make great decisions haha.
This Gentleman from Royalty was a fantastic interview. He is the epitome of someone willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Balls of steel. I truly admire his drive (no pun intended).
Hands down one of my favorite episodes of your Pod Cast!!
I work for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in San Diego, and this is exactly what we are anticipating it’s going to happen with the vehicle market for the next year in a half. People are going to have a harder time trading in their vehicles in a year or two.
Huston you are brilliant!!!
The best of luck to your future franchise!!
We need a part two please! This was so interesting to watch that I didn’t even skip around during the video.
Is Houston a Vegas native?
How does he manufacture his own wheels? Why does he only buy cars brand new instead of buying used?
What was he doing in his early 20s to be able to buy a lotus at 22?
Awesome! Houston! So excited to see all my favorite UA-camrs on here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 all from different segments.
I’ve been catching up on older podcast episodes and, man! The set up has gotten ✨immaculate✨ over time 👏🏽🥂
Thank you so much!
Houston is awesome for what he does with Royalty! Thanks for the great video guys!
You can see why this guy is successful, he’s really passionate about the businesses he is is and knows them inside out. And he is all about the numbers, he intimately knows the financials of his business.
Wow thank god someone can be so real and be so open and talk about his personal finances, so inspiring to see how he went from the bottom to the top. Great work Houston
Houston is a genuine guy. Love how he tell his story. He deserve for sure what he has.
This guy’s candor is so awesome. I’m head of finance for a venture backed startup and every day I feel like I’m staring into the abyss. This guy’s story relates to me so much! You have no idea.
Beast ass story
Loved this interview with Houston! Great job guys!
Man what a amazing interview. Very insightful. Rented from Houston last year in April when I was in Vegas and his company is amazing. Can’t wait to try the food too!
Thank you graham for opening our eyes to so many new ideas every week. You are awesome
SO glad you got Houston on. I've been absolutely fascinated by his businesses
Been enjoying all of the podcasts- good work guys
Amazing podcast ! Thanks for continuing to bring such interesting guests on the podcast 🔥
This was one of the best episodes I've seen on this channel. Hope to see Houston on in future episodes!
The initial story about insurance with those cars … makes me want to keep my Chevy forever … put the rest of my money in real estate & tacos 🌮 & call it a day 👍.
My box Chevy that's my girlfriend
She's always ready, always ready to run
Box Chevy, that's my baby
Body so clean
I'm leanin' back in my box Chevy
@@Opochtli Absolutely brotha … comfort over everything 😎
Graham & team, I really really like this new format. Shows a new dimension, and the two of you are great hosts. Props!
Very awesome guest, as always… Keep up the amazing work and the entertaining content.
I have so much more respect for Houston after watching this , he seemed a lot calmer and knowledgeable
I've been waiting for a Houston interview. I've watched him grow over the years and it's truly inspiring. Nicest guy too, the success has not changed him. And the fact that he can be around Edmond so much and still be cool proves it! J/k... love you too Mondi! Big thanks to Graham and Jack!
Thanks so much for watching and I’m glad you enjoyed Brian!
LMAO he's immune to the mondi effect 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@agent9184 A true Professional!
There's videos of him making fun of people because they lease their cars, not the nicest guy.
@@mexisnake I guess I was speaking more from personal experience, he was nice to me
Very informative video!!! Thanks for sharing the great information to us who want to start a business!
Great interview. Houston is legit. Smart dude and super chill.
Graham thank you for having this guy on!! I actually watched it twice and listened for the 3rd time!!! I would love to pick this guys mind..this was great!!!
Get a life bud
Current calculated yearly salary of the podcast: $137,661.88. If the podcast was someone working a 40 hour week every week it would be making $66.18 per hour. That also translates to $15.71 of passive income every hour!
Infinite money glitch!

I was looking for this guy. Thanks a lot.
There he is, right on schedule
You are wrong on every level, but we will stick to the basics. 1) It is not a someone, it is a team. 2) The stated income is youtube revenue to date for previous episodes and does not include sponsors.
Pleaseeeee being this guy back. He is so knowledgeable. It’s is crazy. He’s know a lot about different topics
I enjoyed this one. You guys did a great job communicating all around
Wow, what a smart guy, he really knows his tuff! Learned a lot of cool stuff, keep the cool guests coming!
Thanks bros for always being so consistent with your content! I appreciate it every Sunday :) Hope i can one day come on the podcast, love y'all! ♨
Thanks so much for watching (:
Epic interview, we need more Houston content.
This is great love Houston's channel its nice to inside his business mind
I’ve been a subscriber of your main channel for years and love your content there. However, I like the podcast more now! You’ll have more subs here than your main channel eventually IMO.
This guy knows his numbers, love the focus on service, and spent the time to become the expert. Just great!
Very fun and a lot of learning. Great job guys!
What an awesome video. Houston is a great businessman and this video shows within his excellence within this space. Very motivating for future entrepreneurs.
Whoever edited this, did a great job! Love the new style.
You and your team do amazing interviews
What a great interview, watched the whole thing.
I don't watch podcasts but this one got me and I can listen to this man talking the whole day, he seems very genuine
My favourite guest so far. What he has to say is honest and interesting. Great choice of guest.
Love how he’s having more and more of my favorite creators on the podcast
Wooohoo!
Very great episode, prob my favourite so far!
I love how Houston tells u everything he doesn’t hold back he tells u how much he sends and how much he loss he never let us down .. keep it up Houston
Just heard of Houston. I can tell he’s humble and a good dude to be around
I'm a fan of both royalty exotics and Graham Stephen and this was an awesome interview. Super interesting.
Man, this episode was killer!!!! Great job :)
I really liked this guest, his cars and chicken restaurant stories were very interesting/entertaining to hear about. Thanks for the interview!
28:38 that's interesting, I never thought about the car business like this
35:43 interesting mindset behind having a hospitality-like business
1:06:21 this sounds exactly like the student loan crisis
Fascinating watch, very interesting. Best interview so far.
Thank you for bringing Houston on
Houston is such a great guy. I know him through some mutual friends. At one time I used to photograph his cars for his website. He would throw me the keys and I was able to drive them for a couple miles to the location to photograph them.
My favorite was the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. The short trip was so exhilarating and it had an aftermarket exhaust. To this day that was such a cool car experience for me. 👍🏽
Yes that aventador os a beast
Such a good podcast! He is one of the more straight up guys in Las Vegas.
For sure!
Love Houston. Great content. Thanks guys.
Great story teller, and really insightful!!
Amazing guest as always, can’t wait to listen! 👏🏻
Hope you enjoyed it!
Houston has a remarkably soothing method of speech. I think part of his phenomenal story-telling skill, his voice, and speech meter are on a level tantamount to a fine opera singer. I found myself looking up his videos to see more of his interesting content.
Exactly, I wish I could speak like that!
Outstanding episode, thank you.
I am more excited to watch this episode than any other episode. Love this dude.
I really thought Houston was douchy. This podcast completely changed my view of him. Love the back story and the hustle, he seems super down to earth and a good guy.
Even though you taught nothing i feel like i learned so much... ive been following houston for a long time and hes the efing man!!!
Another banger guys ! Keep up the good work .
Really cool episode thank you
yessss!!! Please start bringing more automotive guests! It would be cool to have Manny Khoshbin on the podcast but that might be tough, busy man.
Yessss Houston 🔥🔥
Woohoo!
This was really such a great interview!
This is awesome. Been a huge fan of both creators for a long time.
This one was epic, already knew Houston’s origin story but it was great to hear it again and get some new info too. Also Jack get a Miata and join the squad. Buying one last year was one of the best decisions of my life! 😁
This guy is freaking brilliant! He's able to built his business from scratch. Also, the way he speaks and the way his mindset is set a couple of years ahead of the current time wouldn't surprise me if one day he's in the Forbes billionaires list.
Houston is the goat!! Been a fan for awhile, amazing!
Nice pod, thank you!
The Hellcat story deserves its own UA-cam special report it be nice to know EVERYTHING involving that story.
I agree with him about powder coating wheels too much, it definitely does make them weaker. Porsche strongly discourages powder coating any of the wheels on their cars.
I loved this! Houston had so much knowledge and wisdom
What a great guy! Very smart and open minded. Looking forward to see more content like this.
Wow. This guy really took a massive risk with the business. But the pay off is insane. Good for him!
That’s facts. Renting exotic cars is such a huge risk but profitable business in places likes Miami, Vegas and California
Houston is a top guy, he let me rent a Huracan when I was 23. I knew it was a special circumstance, and it was nice being treated with respect at such a young age.
When are you posting this one on apple podcast ? I love to listen to these at work ! Best podcast !
Thank you, Graham! This was a pleasure to watch. And the ending was so wholesome!!!
$20,000 for a special color is just insanity!
He is smart young guy, kudos to all you young business people
I would love to see Houston again!!!!!!!!!!this was podcast was amazing!!!!!!
This is my 1st video and your first 20 seconds on realness made me subscribe . Thanks for the honesty
Can you try to get Ed Bolian on your podcast someday? He has some insane car stories, thefts, test drives gone wrong, etc.
Charging a Tesla at home, during non-peak hours is about 5 times cheaper than at peak times and about 3 times cheaper than midday charging at home. Graham, do a video on the savings of charging vs gas. I have 70k miles on my 2019 Model 3 Dual Motor.... costs about $6 to charge overnight from a 10% charge @ 9 cents/kw. Great video!
