In this video I'm showing how to sculpt a statue of Miles Morales Spider-Man in 1/6th scale using Super Sculpey polymer clay. You will see how I go about posing the character, how to build the anatomy, how to sculpt clothing and add fine details to the suit.
The sportswear suit was designed by character artist Jayson Fitch for the new Marvel's Spider-Man game from Insomniac Games.

Bro your Spider-Man symbiote insipired me to get back into sculpting and move back to clay…didn’t know how much I missed it ..had bein working in digital for awhile and felt burnt out …getting back to clay gave me fire and got my love back for art and sculpting. Keep up the awesome work bro!!!!
As an artist I know a thing or two about detail, but you wanted DETAIL. I'm very impressed. Also I admire how you weren't afraid to show that you used templates throughout your work.

I always love art where you are thinking "What is he doing now?" "What is that going to be?" and seeing that vision turn the unrecognisable into perfection.
Me watching this video: "Oh yeah, he's pretty good" --> "Ah, cool he's adding clothes, that's neat" --> "Aight, my man knows how to do fabric folds" --> "wait, what's up with the insane details on the zipper?" --> "Wait, what's up with the insane details on absolutely everything??" --> "THIS MAN IS GOD!!!"

Haters seem to enjoy disliking...it seems just about everything. It’s my opinion that it’s mostly due to jealousy.
While it didn't bother me, it could be that he used the PlayStation Miles with the Addidas sneakers as reference instead of the Comic Morales with the Jordan sneakers. Some people were mad that he wasn't wearing his iconic sneakers on the game.
i think its because its not colored but idk that's just a guess from me ! people dislike for stupid reasons

Great tutorial. The beginning armature stages are particularly interesting as they establish a solid groundwork for your artistic skills. I really appreciate the use of photos as physical reference and proportion. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

This HAS to be one of your best ones. The way you distinguish between all the textures of these fabrics, the zippers and buttons, plus the anti-gravity nature of it being a webslinger piece mid web-sling-- It really is masterful. Well done!

When you worked on that jacket I was wondering what you were doing to that vest but then, as you proceeded further I saw that it was the jacket! Truest amazed with this sculpture!!

Looking at you making these amazing, jaw dropping sculpts encourages me to make such sculpts although the only tool I have is a cutter for removing clay the reslp of the texture is made by fingers. Thanks for the inspiration keep up the stunning work! 💥

This is incredible. The Clay makes it dramatic for some reason. It has something to do with the past, maybe fallen heroes that live only in memory.

Absolutely incredible sculpt, and a great insight into your process. The detail work in throughout this piece is not only well executed for scale, it is also thoughtfully placed to maximize the feeling of motion as the eye is led across the piece. Your ability to really simulate the impression of motion and weight is highlighted by the bunching of the wrinkles on the hood and the perfectly rendered material in the down jacket. My only (minor) quibble would be that I wish there was a bit more dynamism in the basketball shorts. Considering the lightness of the material and that they span from the static attachment at the figure's center of gravity, out to the extremity of the knee which carries so much of the kinetic load of the pose, really portraying the air pushing back against that fabric as the knees drive it up and out from the joint would have been really visually satisfying. But like I say, that is just nitpicky feedback on an all around fantastic sculpt. Great job!
