- Prefect weather, great trails! It's always awesome here at Arkell Springs in Guelph. There never seems to be too many people here so if you want to hit good somewhat local trails these GORBA maintained trails rock!
Man, I love how these videos show how taxing trail riding really is. I'm going through the slow journey of building my cardio, so It's nice to see footage that doesn't involve an absolute shredder.
I'll be up at Guelph Lake and maaaaybe Arkell this week. Looking forward to it.

I was planning to go to GORBA in Guelph on Sunday of the long weekend!
