Inside an Art-Collectors Family Home dating back to the 18th Century

- Tanguy Van Quickenborne gives a tour in his family home, a former Catholic girls' school that is now divided into three sections. A recently renovated wing and the old part of the school. One part dates from 1879, the other from the 18th century.

I loved this collection and home. Just the sheer volume of pieces was incredible and to see so many different styles, mediums and artists from all over the world made me so happy. The home itself is beautiful but it looks like a “real” home that’s actually lived in. Not a museum, which I really appreciate. I loved seeing the kids run around in the video too! Beautiful house and art collection. Was watching this with English subtitles. When he was talking about "The Door" by Joris Van der Moortel it said it was inspired by the rock group the doors but also The Doors of Perception by Elvis Huxley:)) of course it should be Aldous Huxley.
