I was about 8 years old when this movie came out. I never knew him and Paul Michael Glazer was around. until they both Showed up on TVs as Star sky & Hutch and that is when I fell deeply in love with them I do remember watching David Soul in Salem's Lot that was a very scary movie to watch, but I didn't care because David Soul was in it.

Funny watching this, I thought one of the actors favored Pete Duel, I looked at the cast just out of curiosity, and saw he was Geoffrey Duel (Pete Duels Brother). David Soul looks great in this, as he always does :)

Kate Jackson's first movie! A rising star. You can see her star power already. So gorgeous, charismatic and very talented. And that sexy voice of hers and her slight Alabama accent. Wow!!! She will always be my favorite Angel. Loved her as Sabrina Duncan. It's also cool to see her early 70s roles. I do love this woman!
Btw only five years later she was in a race car in the Charlie's Angels episode "Hellride". Totally badass :-)

That was my dad's 1969 Mach1 used by David Soul. Screen Gems rented the car from my father during filming in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm glad someone uploaded this... Thank you!

You're welcome! Wouldn't have been able to do it if a friend hadn't given me a DVD with it on it. So cool that your dad's 1969 Mach 1 was used in it! Does he still have it, and if not, does anyone know where it is?

No, unfortunately he sold it a few years after that.

This TV movie was written by Stirling Silliphant who co-created "Route 66" which starred Martin Milner and George Maharis, and after Maharis quit the show, Glenn Corbett. Silliphant also wrote many of that show's 116 episodes. Sillphant later created "Longstreet" which starred James Franciscus and Bruce Lee. E.W. Swackhamer, the man who directed this movie, directed shows from the mid-1960's like "I Dream Of Jeannie" to shows in the 1990's like "Law & Order." This included episodes of "Here Come The Brides" whcih co-starred David Soul. Patrick Wayne, who co-starred in this film, was the son of John Wayne.

2 Spelling-Goldberg stars in the making here.
Kate Jackson is good as usual.
I appreciate her character's comments about needing to understand that we're vulnerable and that we need something larger than us.

Thanks for uploading I was 7 when this came out and somehow I missed it as I was a diligent tv movie watcher and loved Peter Duel (why they listed him as Geoffrey I don't know) but had a crush on him.

Wilma, In my lengthy description of this "Movin' On" UA-cam video one of the things I wrote is: As for Geoffrey Deuel; he had a brother actor Pete (Peter) Deuel (later changed to Duel) and it was ruled that sadly he committed suicide Dec. 31, 1971. Laura has a Starsky and Hutch fan site, a David Soul Fans site, and designed and maintains the David Soul official web site and she also has The Pete Duel Memorial Site. Wilma, it's Geoffrey and not Peter in "Movin On."

A great movie from a U.S.A. that no longer exists. Thanks for the post and allowing me to go back in time to age 19 for the hour it took to watch it. Kate Jackson looks innocent and nice ,, by the time Charlie's Angels came out she had spent too much time on the ''Hollywood casting couch'' and looked spent and grouchy.

Paul Dud ~ You are so right about that! This was still a great, upbeat, and hopeful era, but it wasn't many years later, by the 80s, that things began the long, downward spiral that we find ourselves descending to this day.

So you long for the good old days when it was ok to describe a woman as looking like she'd sexually serviced producers to get jobs? What a slimeball.

This movie was just before the recession and the oil embargo. Things were never the same, disco was around for a while , then AIDS came along and the party started to slowly dry up .What is left today is a youth , a youth that consists mainly of mutants .

I was 13 when I saw this movie and I wanted to be like these guys in the movie . My Dad bought a 72 Chevelle , pretty basic , compared to the race car in this movie for $4000 .A $5000 purse would pay for the car .Okay next fantasy ?

Don't know if it's too late to see my reply, but this "Movin On'" tv movie that I posted isn't the same as the tv show with Claude in it. As Kerin Gordon said, Claude was (also) in " BJ and the Bear" As a side note: Frank Converse who was in Movin On with Claude was also in the Starsky and Hutch episodes The Las Vegas Strangler (Parts one and 2)

On seeing this for the first time and really considering the storyline , I actually don’t like it 😞She was very manipulative to get what she wanted in the name of religion! She totally used Clint to blackmail the boyfriend Jeff to see things her way ! And it worked , not a good basis for a marriage!
