Thanks, I was trying to figure out how to shut off OVERSEAS shipping. Your video fixed it in 1 minute. It is INSANE what they charge to ship a 1 ounce package to Australia now. Had a $16 order and it would have been $20+ to ship. Thanks, Thumbs up
I personally use a shared one and then adjust it to my needs. it's easier to do then making it from scratch when you first start on Bricklink. Question for the Q&A: - Do you seperate parts by color to in your storage bins? - How long does the proces take for you to part out a set and to add it into your store? - Do you have a minimum set quantity for parting out? Or do you even part out just 1 set if you can get it on discount and there is only 1 left. Keep up the good work!
Hi Miquel! I wish there were shared ones when I started... lol. I think it is a very new feature. I'll be answering your questions tomorrow! Thank you!
@@JustABrickInTheBucket It's not really new though, i started my Bricklink store over 1.5 year ago and could pick a shared one :). You probebly just overlooked it. (to many settings you can change and it's overwelming when you start new)
Thanks for this video, it cleared up a lot of my questions about setting up shipping. I have a question for the Q&A: Do you count the pieces when parting out sets? Why or why not? Keep up the great content!
Hi Brick Nick MOCs! I'm glad it helped clear up some questions you had! I'll be answering your question in the next episode of BrickSide Chat coming tomorrow! Thank you for watching!
I picked up a thing or two off of this video - thank you! I'm still looking for one that shows how Shipping Methods interact with each other. For example, when an order is 16 ounces or above and I want to have a Priority Mail method, I'm not quite sure how to do that. I see what you've done, but you're just guessing with the weight. Are there alternatives I wonder? Thanks again!
I’m new to BrickLink selling so this might sound like a straight forward thing but I just wanna make sure. Can you still use PayPal to print the shipping label even when it’s on instant checkout I’m just kinda confused on the printing the shipping label and how they would pay for it if your using a different sight like paypal. I know it’s kinda a stupid question I’m just used to eBay.
I know this is an old comment but perhaps my answer will help someone else. YES you can use paypal, you do however have to copy/paste the tracking into bricklink and manually mark it shipped. I only use paypal to print labels,
So I set up the shipping tiers by weight and the instant checkout is set up, how does the customer know what weight to choose? Or does Bricklink auto calculate that too?
Hi Don! BrickLink auto calculates the shipping rate based on the weight of the order. The buyer doesn't have to do anything! Sometimes though, a part may not have a weight, in which case you, as the seller, will have to manually type in a shipping price and they cannot use instant checkout. Hopefully this helps!
Each store has its own shipping charges. You'll have to look at each stores' splash page and terms to determine your shipping cost. Some stores offer free shipping, like us if you spend at least $49.00!!
hello, can anyone help me. I want to an additional charge on orders of 50p, how can I do that to add a charge once instead of adding a charge to each individual item brought in an order?
Awesome video. Thanks for the great tips. I am loving these videos as i am about to open my first BrickLink store. Also, I am slowly building up subscribers on my channel to as I make speedbuilds of LEGO sets from different themes.
Hi Fun Brick Creations! Thanks for watching! I hope this video and my others can help with your BrickLink store. Congratulations on opening one up! Good channel as well! Thank you for watching!
@@JustABrickInTheBucket Thank you. Currently it will be a small amount of used lego that i don't want anymore and then i will slowly ad new parts once i get sets to part out. My only issue will be space to have so I don't think it will be a big inventory for a while.

Great video! For some reason my store won’t let me ship to NY, and I live in NY. How can I fix this?
This helped me a ton. Thanks a lot for this guide!
Glad it helped! Thank you for following along with the channel!
hello. how do you set the shipping costs for a set with a BIG box for instance?
Excellent video! I'm a new Bricklink store and this was perfect!!!
Glad it helped! Thank you for watching!
How do you create shipping labels

There is no longer a "no rate (zone only)" box to use on the shipping. Do you have an updated suggestion on how to setup for requesting invoice?

I received an order and the invoice lists shipping as USD 0. I dont know how to update that!!!!!! any suggestions???
Hello, thanks for the awesome video. What do you include in or on your packages when you are shipping outside the US?
Depends on the destination. Sometimes Bricklink will include a VAT receipt which we print out and securely tape to the outside of the box.
very useful vid, thanks alot
