You might add a tutorial on the top 5 things to do after installing Kali Linux on a Raspberry Pi, which I did recently. I also run it natively on a laptop and in VirtualBox on a tower + I have Kali & a dozen other distros & some diagnostic isos on a Ventoy thumbdrive. Always good to have around.
Awesome video, and I'm all set up and running Kali on my Windows 11 machine. This will help me so much while studying for my ISACA cybersecurity courses! You got a Like and a Sub!
I thought you were going to say "first thing you want to do is uninstall and install literally any other distro because if you legitimately need to look this up you probably shouldn't have kali Linux on your computer."
Why did we update twice (like a whole second time)? I want to wrap my head around this reason, but i think missed it somewhere. We run sudo apt update -y && sudo apt upgrade -y . Okay i understand that, but then why do we do it again after rebooting? Is this sorta loke back when i personally was a windows tech. So basically i would need to keep going back into update center and manually checking if theres an update waiting? Even after the system just completed a handful of updates. My guess, or I've just thought about it too far
Hi, after installing everything is fine, but after the update and upgrade it changed my desktop wallpaper and after rebooting it allows me to log in thru GUI but after that it just shows me a black screen. Any fix?
I had a interesting bug happen when I tried to install the VM version for Oracle on Chromium. After hitting 100% it freaked out and ate all of my ram AND swap. It never finished "downloading". I swapped over to firefox and it finished in 2 minutes with no issues.
