i did not like ubuntu/gnome. but linux mint with xfce. geeeeez run like marathon runner. i would like to try debian 12 with kde. but this mint its so annoying .. its just works that i am so not in mood to touch.
Mint is an excellent Distro. If you are happy with Mint, by all means, stick with it. I will keep posting videos on my favorite KDE features. If you see something that really makes you want to try KDE, I recommend grabbing a faster drive next time they are on sale and try a KDE distro on that. If it doesn't work for you, you can use Clonezilla or other tool to clone your existing Mint to the new drive and have a faster system. That said, you found a Distro that works for you and runs great on your hardware so you are already winning!

You don't *have* to use the terminal, but knowing a couple of basic commands - ls, mv, rm, cp - can make life a lot easier and faster.
