Bought me one this past summer. I love this machine! Of course, a person has to realize what it can handle; but short of trying something outrageous with it, it will do whatever most homeowners would need a backhoe for.
This thing is awesome. I've had mine for about 16 years. It does have a couple weak spots but other than that it does most things you need done. I'm working on a video I'll be posting in a few weeks that could possibly be considered outrageous, if it works 😅.
I have 2 old homemade splitters. I've been thinking on building a splitter attachment from them for my nortrac trencher. Haven't actually started anything other than working out orientation, manipulation and such. Something else I've been mulling over is a parrot beak nipper for splitting/biting stumps and roots into pieces, rather than digging a huge hole. That one has been bouncing around in the ol noggin for several months now.

I like it. But I did find the Jensen mb 300 a step up on speed power and bucket quality look at it closely before you choose I bought Jensen
I could use one of those for all the stumps and rocks in my backyard!
I just got something pretty cool for mine to help with stumps. The video is coming soon!
That cool I want one
It beats a shovel
Squeaky time for greasy
That would make a really cool wood splitter

Just TOO SLOW and too WEAK...I don't have the patience for that machine.
