    I get annoyed when my schedule prevents me from doing my intended workout, but my problem is days off. I *LOATHE* taking a day off from the gym but an occasional rest day is universally recognized as beneficial, if not mandatory. If I take another day off, I have to have a reason, but I don't regret it. If it gets to my third day that's when I have to actively convince myself I must go back.
