@MrDopekid420 theres no programs being used its just straight up from my record player tothe mixer to the mpc... there is no computer connectivity until i record out my beats onto the comp... i sample from my comp into the mpc and i fux with it from there... im still fluent in fruity loops thats my shit if im not using the mpc... i went from software to analog hardware....

@trilian008 technics sl1200 it doesnt plat 78 rpm so for the new age people i would suggest something connects to your computer for further processing but i just use the mpc a mixer and the turntable

@originstories thanks fam. ya that was fruity loops. i have it midi synced up. Now i just resample bak into the mpc from the line out into my dj mixer, that goes into the mpc. When i use fruity loops i have the sanre and the bass and kik and the hi hat on its own channel so i can apply eqing just to those sounds alone.

@mufongo i wasnt using the big mixer just the small one at the time...i use to send them back and forth from each other for extra mixing and more high and lows to be filtered throughout the sample comign from the record player

yo dubs i really dont like how you flipped most of those samples but cut number 6 is worthy of some radio time you should shop that beat because your other beats dont really sound like a signature style they sound like what most people do when they cop an mpc ....just try to chop as much as they can amd fire pads...but 6 ....6 is fire

@JazzHopperMusic too urban for an mpc? MPC isnt exclusive to a group of people dude. Its known as a MUSIC PRODUCTION CENTER so you can create basically everything with it but the MPC is mostly known by its extensive use from hip hop producers

@rahjconkas Yes im quite aware what a sample is...and that he dosent own the sample...the clue is in the name "SAMPLE". But you shouldnt go nagging producers where they get their samples or what the sample is.....theyve gone through all the effort of digging for it and flipping it to create a new melody...just for someone to come along and ask what the sample was so they can steal theyre ideas...its just not done!!
