My grandfather is the biggest example he is 106 pure vegetarian ..my grandmother was non-vegetarian,she died at 86 . My grandfather still do cycling and swimming . He says vegetarian diet and zero sugar, keeps cells more active . 🌿🍀🍀 I'm also vegetarian since 12 yrs , we have real life example in our family.. Don't trust such videos

Hi Sir. I feel we take in two types of food. One is Regular (homemade) and the other is Celebration food (junk food). Whenever we celebrate, we take in junk food. If we regularly eat Celebration food, we are going to have less days to celebrate. Nowadays Celebration food has become Regular food for most people which is not correct.
Most of the celebration food is causing diabetic and heart patients because the ratio of carbohydrates is 70 percent of diet and protein and fat is negligible so carbohydrates in diet for whole day should not be more than 26 percent of whole day meals
