I love closet declutters. It motivates me to be more aggressive in my purging. Things I haven’t worn in a while were still sitting there so last night I bagged them up to donate. It feels good.❤️

thats a good idea for adhd. that way its not overwhelming everyday, all weekend, massive bags or boxes, etc. just once a week for like a month or quarterly

I was looking back at old photos, I can see some colours that didn’t suit me like mustard, but at the time were in fashion and most of us thought we looked great in them. I’m glad you decluttered the lime green sweater, ‘it was pretty garish’. I too am a light summer palette but I have light brown hair which is 70% grey now. I have a lot of neutral clothing which is peaceful looking and goes well together. Thanks for you videos. ❤

Becky. Seeing that you are posting more videos here absolutely lights up my ❤. You are slowly becoming one of my favs. That color analysis thingy also has to do with your energy, facial structure, etc. Search DYT (Dress Your Truth). I took her course and read her books. One of her books, titled, The Child Whisperer touches on raising children via their personally type and partner stuff. Apparently there are 4 types of personalities/ types. So interesting! It helped me way more than those other color analysis go-too.

Hey Becky, I love that you're doing more videos & any decluttering motivation especially with clothes is very welcome as along with sentimental items, that's where I struggle the most. I haven't got a ton of clothes but I'd like to minimise them even more & watching and listening to you will definitely help ❤️

My wardrobe isn't as slimmed down as yours yet, but recently I started asking myself if I'd want to wear an item at least 10x a year (besides special occasion items). If not, it's probably not pulling its weight and is just taking up valuable space that could be better used for something else.
One question for you: with so few clothes, how often are you replacing items due to regular wear and tear?

I'm trying not to shop for clothes every season/year because I tend to buy several items at once since I've already spent the time and effort on finding something I love that fits great. I could totally do every 1-3 years, though! 🤣 😅 I do enjoy it occasionally. 🥰

It is worth to do a colour analysis, i did it and it saves alot of trouble in buying the wrong colour, and when you wear your best colours you look much better. Like the pink you are wearing❤

Love this! I’ve started my minimalism journey too and can already sense the benefits of it. I had my colors and body type done and by that I finally knew why I didn’t like certain clothing pieces and why I totally loved others. It had something to do with both color and shape. Keep up the good work, I’m with you in this ❤

Thank you for this great video! You really motivate me to declutter at a faster pace. It’s been taking me 9 years and counting, mostly because my family is growing and I do tend to get attached to clothing for some reason. My clothes usually stays in a “maybe” box for a while until I convince myself it’s okay to let go.

I highly recommend a real in-person color analysis over a digital one. It changed my life, made it so easy to get rid of clothes that weren’t the absolute best on me, and was definitely worth the money. Color differences in cameras makes online ones inaccurate.

Do you know that in western countries we use colours to let our skin look more brown and healthy. In the orient they prefer the opposite, colours that maked them look more pale.

Just my two cents, please do not be offended… Disheartened you purged that mustard sweater. Thought you looked GREAT in it! 😊 Unsure if you look better in spring/summer or autumn colors but my guess is Spring or Summer. I’m a soft autumn and I still keep some colors that supposedly don’t flatter me.
As to the Christmas gift sweater, could possibly have dyed it a darker color (inexpensive with Rit dyes) or just tea-stained it to take down the tone. A bit sad but I’ll get over it. Ha ha! I do love your channel and watch every video; bless your day and keep it going. ❤❤❤❤

Question AS a single Person living alone...how do I manage laundry? Do Only out 2 white t Shirts in the washer and 2 white panties? Or so Only do white laundry every 4 month? I am a bit lost
So for me I tend to wear my clothes depending on the object and if it has stains (3-4 times) before washing and if you have so little they do have great hand washing tools now and you could hang dry.
❤ we are all in this together together. Now who’s coming to do my closet?
