Flour 500g
sugar 350g
eggs 10
margarine 450g
black treacle 2 tablespoon
nutmeg 1teapoon
lemon zest 1 teaspoon
raisins 1 cup
alcohol 1/4cup (optional)
browning 3 tablespoons
flavor 2 teaspoons( rum and butterscotch flavor)
golden syrup 1 tablespoons ( optional)
baking powder 1 tablespoon
a pinch of salt
