This routine can easily take an hour if not more , too many exercises for a single day. Even if we find out the time , retaining energy would be very difficult.

Brother make your own diet and obviously protein rich it should be.
And go to calorie deficit like .25%
Track your macros, hit your protein
And do the weight training exercise 3 to 4 times a week
Follow the rules for next 6 to 8 months for sure you will see the results.

Bro recommended 16 Excercises for a single Push Day. And that too 4 Sets with 15 rep counts.
Too much TOo much
Even if you spend 2 Seconds on each rep it will be 15*4*2 = 120 seconds = 2 Minutes for a single set. For 4 Sets it will be 8 Minutes. To complete these 16 excerciese it will take 128 Minutes.
> 2 Hours.
And I have not even accounted the time someone will take in between the sets.
