Great presentation. Unfortunately colleges and universities are still relying on old and outdated model of education and workforce training. This explains why colleges are shutting and college enrollment has been declining. To make things worse employers are absolutely doing nothing to train and retrain people. On the job training seems to be outdated. The responsibility of workforce training is left to the average person who properly already has student loans and other personal debt.
