A wonderful message on the Worship that God expects of His Church and His People; - one that glorifies the Father, and exalts His Son, Jesus Christ, under the power of the Holy Ghost.
Just the other day she was complaining about us being so different, and I told her it's a beautiful thing to be set apart and set aside for God but to still shine the Light of Christ in the world. To be in the world and not of the world. Then, after listening to this, she said she wants to be a Puritan! LOL I'm down for trying. Maybe we should do a deep study on the Puritans
Convicting message! I've been complaining about man-centered concerts but when I worship with my mouth wheb my heart is elsewhere I'm just as bad. My mind tends to wander when I praise God. Lord please forgive me for letting my mind wander and please help me worship You with all of my heart mind soul and strength. In Jesus' name amen.
Congress.. except the NASB quotes Jesus in a lie! Compare to KJB, John 7:8. Will the Puritan sermons now include the words of the NASB? Our highlight is to worship in spirit and in TRUTH! Not in lying spirit and truth. Jesuit Oat Library of Congress I cannot believe the are using the Puritans so deceitfully!
The puritans had such high standards for worship. They are an example especially in how they did family. They understood that they are not of this world and so they lived as heavenly citizens. This sermon has increased my desire for having a life full of reverence for the Lord!
Amen! But the NASB quotes Jesus in a lie! Compare John 7:8 to KJB. Will the writings of the Puritsns include the words of the NASB? Read the reply to Joseph Mellen above. Jesuit Oath Library of congress.
@@DeepDiveDiscipleship I do not Express myself well. Thank you for your reply. I meant would the Puritans have such words as the NASB in their bible? Blessings brother.

Why you listen to an adulterer murder and a thief, can you produce the Truth out the darkness, Calvin of course is this adulterer, murderer Thief, the holy spirit is not someone who is standing next to you the holy spirit is somethone which lives within you, and it is from this spirit one preaches that word of truth, because it comes out of the spirit of truth, what you said about the holy spirit and the analogy with the bow is complete and utter rubbish, it just shows that you are totally ignorant of the Holy Spirit. If your right eye causes you to sin plugged it out if you right at hand causes you to sin cut it off, this scripture is not speaking of the sin that is before you it is speaking of the sin that dwells within you, if a man looks not and touches not then he does what is right, however, he still remains full of sin, clean the inside of the cup and the outside will be clean also, this is done by the power of the Holy Spirit to transform oneself into the image of the Christ, unless transformation is happening Within, you are not being transformed
The idea is to say something constructive wether critical or commending if you going to use conspiracy lies (which is not something new as it is what was used against Paul in Corinth) it's better that you say nothing.

All thanks to the Holy Spirit, who lead me to these sermons of the puritan's.

I appreciate Joel Beeke and how God has used him. He has been a great encouragement to me to be faithful in family worship.
What a glorious message. I know not a few of us felt the sting of conviction concerning family worship.
Please see reply to Joseph Mellen above. The NASB Jesus lies. John 7:8.
@@judyswiderski2682 How? I looked at the Greek construction and also compared it with most other translations and it is translated appropriately.
Dan it seems Judy has posted the same thing on a lot of G3 videos. I'm sure she's trying to make a point but it doesn't tie up.

Generally today and for the last over 100 years, the church doesn't like to sing the Psalms. To suggest it is Biblical is to invite scorn.
Once you open the window to man-centered hymns, the door flies open to false theology and performance- driven "worship."
@@tebelshaw9486 I almost agree. Any man made hymns invite the same thing.
