I love your instructional videos, always so clear and well demonstrated, really helpful to me. Your knitting is always beautiful too. Thank you from England.
Thank you so much, Irina, for explaining this "neat" technique on how to increase in garter stitch. I am knitting my dachshund dog a sweater and I needed to make the belly flap wider so the coat is not tight when I stitch the belly flap to the sides of the top of the sweater. I could not find videos on how to make increases for a garter stitch project. I could only find videos on how to make increases in stockinette stitch knitting. Thank you, and I definitely will be subscribing. God bless. :)
I lost a stitch somewhere (despite counting basically every row) and now that I'm into the pattern I am not frogging all of those rows to fix the mistake. I'm hoping to find a truly invisible increase stitch so that I won't regret not adding the extra effort later. Thank you for sharing a video focusing on garter stitch - all the ones I've watched before this only showed how it would look in stockinette, but this section of my pattern is in garter stitch so it's so good to see what it will look like
Tx for this, best info on this topic! I used this technique for my Rain Or Shine mittens. I linked to your video in my project notes. My project is under Knittingmystash22 on Ravelry. Cheers from Ireland
