Unfortunately there is a hidden 5 minute timer to prevent long games, either with really good players or hackers. In which all players in that game will receive a crown. Same with jump showdown. (Not sure if fall mountain) however this was interesting nonetheless.

But what if you jump and dive from tile to tile? Its way harder to do correctly, but i think it saves more time. Also, what about the tim it takes to fall between layers? Either way, good video! I appreciate the effort here!

Come on Caboose, the weekend is supposed to keep me from thinking about math. But in all honesty, this is great to know for winning the game.

Great video! I wondered if there could be something else to increase the time and thought about this: You used the assumption that the time is maximised when you jump to a neighbour hexagon, maybe that’s not the optimal path. You can, for example, jump over the neighbour and land in the next hexagon, making it possible to go by 2 spirals in each layer. This is just another possible path that seems to give us a “better” time because that jump takes more time. But idk, maybe that’s not the best one too and maybe those jumps take the same amount of time, making it pointless. I think the most interesting problem is indeed when you are alone at the game, even thought it won’t happen 😛
