Wendy fixed up my Nallo 2GT that a Black Bear decided to run up and over! (No food/or me inside). She fixed it up, better then new...as the bear tale adds to the great memories my Hilleberg accumulates!! Cheers Wendy!!! 😘👍

I've been using Hilleberg tents in New Mexico for nearly a decade. The zippers keep wearing out, despite some efforts to keep them clean, probably because of the abrasive dusty soil, which is of volcanic origin. It's been great that Hilleberg can repair or replace the zippers for a reasonable price and keep the tents in service. It's very nice to work with a product of such high quality that is backed by a company of high quality.
Thank You. I didn't know you could repair them. Most companies design their products as "throwaways". Their tent models may not even be made the next year. Thank You for keeping up the age tradition of repairing your equipment instead of throwing it away.
Just got my Nammatj 3 GT back from getting repaired (combined human error/poor campsite selection and some incredibly bad weather), and I am very pleased to say that Hilleberg were super good to deal with from a customer service perspective and charged a very reasonable cost for the repairs. I would (and will) buy another Hilleberg without hesitation as they are superb tents.
I love this company, their ethos, their wonderful products and a CEO that is actively involved in the way they deal with their products is really refreshing. Ten out of ten Hilleberg for innovation, quality and customer care.
These guys are great, putting this effort into keeping products going and maximizing their life span. Reminds me of my Grandmothers attitude to make things last. Great work Ann and Wendy !!
Your vision and attitude is great, as your skilled employees. Sure you are proud of them. My Allak has nit been subject for repair yet, but it feels nice to know that it could be repaired by experts when the day come. 👌🏻
I'm about to buy a Namatj 3 GT (I think, so many decisions) and the cost is offset by buying from a company that values sustainability and quality in equal measures. I know that I probably don't need a tent as strong as a Hilleberg but the insurance is nice.
Hi Hilleberg ! I love my Nallo 3GT red label tent. But the horror...after my last camping trip I found a small hole in the Outer tent fabric. Like the size of 0,5 cm. I dont know how it happend. I was looking for a UA-cam video of how to repair this with an official repair set from Hilleberg? You have a lot of video s and i really would like to see a video about this. I was surprised there is not a video of how to do this because you make the best tents in the world. (Like the Ferrari cars but then for tents, with a high price). I hope you can make a video of how to repair a hole in the tent fabric, with your tent repair sets. Thanks!
Is there any chance that i can exchange my old Hilleberg Soulo and my ex wife for Petra please......i havent actually asked my ex wife yet if she would be willing to par take but if the answer is YES I am confident that i can get her drunk enough to agree.......Petra might not be very happy either but i will !

I have 3 Hilleberg and I absolute love them! Fantastic quality and a equipment which can trust in some serious conditions.
