US lo schools lo depending on the grade they are in, timings different untayi Shanti, For a lot of reasons they do that , one reason is to manage traffic on the roads for school buses etc and here in US they are all early to rise early to bed model kada ! Even kids ki kuda all day schoolo unnatu anipinchadu, they end school by 2:30 pm for elementary and 2:50 for Middle school , ala. they get to come home play have relaxing time etc . Its tough for us parents but i felt its good for their long term health and habits. My kids and i have seen neighbours kids ( american kids) dont even feel it a burden they just wake up and go , during very hard snow days they close schools mostly based on the region. But educational system forceful competition is lot better in US. I feel early hours school is more beneficial and worth it from my experience . The only extra class my 12 year old goes is to math class since he loves math and he is attending math competitions for his future . We asked him to try few areas and we just chose to fix with things mostly he is interested in . He wanted to discontinue martial arts we stopped it. He loves soccer so we take him to 2-3 practices and games every week . He is ok to have some music class and more we wanted him to learn something music related just incase it might help for his mental health in future. So he takes guitar class. School mandatory music classes untayi , so he chose violin in school. 😊

US lo schools lo depending on the grade they are in, timings different untayi Shanti, For a lot of reasons they do that , one reason is to manage traffic on the roads for school buses etc and here in US they are all early to rise early to bed model kada ! Even kids ki kuda all day schoolo unnatu anipinchadu, they end school by 2:30 pm for elementary and 2:50 for Middle school , ala. they get to come home play have relaxing time etc . Its tough for us parents but i felt its good for their long term health and habits. My kids and i have seen neighbours kids ( american kids) dont even feel it a burden they just wake up and go , during very hard snow days they close schools mostly based on the region. But educational system forceful competition is lot better in US. I feel early hours school is more beneficial and worth it from my experience . The only extra class my 12 year old goes is to math class since he loves math and he is attending math competitions for his future . We asked him to try few areas and we just chose to fix with things mostly he is interested in . He wanted to discontinue martial arts we stopped it. He loves soccer so we take him to 2-3 practices and games every week . He is ok to have some music class and more we wanted him to learn something music related just incase it might help for his mental health in future. So he takes guitar class. School mandatory music classes untayi , so he chose violin in school. 😊
