I don't think zoom, and adding color to clips is hard effects, i just add them to make them look better and better color then raw and all plan. But how many key frames should i be in the cross fade?

Lol oh no i just put that cuss i like it so much and when ever i post a video i just expect haters to go to town is all ^_^ and on the cross fades i have them like 6 key frames into the next clip and it pretty much takes up what i am wanting to add, and i am a color person i hate the raw look i all ways add soft contrast our Color Curves.

if u dont know whats that main beats are the ones that sound like on 0:10 or 0:06 before of the beat try to get a good scenes with a good camera movement (from the anime itself),on this i think i would say like 14/13 frames right before the main beat but u have to use like 2 ramdom scenes (with good movement) to make the flow smoother (btw sry if i sound a bit confusing is that im rly tired from work ;/)

but dude if u dont learn/improve the basics first ull never get better stop thinking on using hard effects but like this is just my oppinion is the best way i see to help others

dude the problem is that ur focusing too much on the effects insted on the flow and tyming try to use LONGER crossfades to make the flow smoother i didnt liked the colour flashes u used, use just normal flashes with some contrast,radial blur was too strong aswell try to use 6000 not 8000, and dont use that ugly super dark contrast it ruins the quality :/ alltough i liked some of the links u did there

DUDE its an hard effect cuz u dont know how to use it u put it there just cuz u want u dont listen to the song, like there are effects that are used cuz they fit well with the sound of the song but the way u use them its just (sry for the term) bad and those zooms could have been doen in a far better way here they were too fast and ramdom,and for the crossfades it really depends on the time of each beat,here u should have just hitted the main beats -continuing comment-
