I would wait for the first FAQ before taking any storm bolters off of the sisters superior. Just in case GW messed up.
i wouldn't hold your breadth with that. i think they removed storm bolters from sister characters to stop storm bolter spam unfortunately (especially masses of Dominion/ Celestians squads with Blessed Bolts... which would have been awesome. )
@@helline9 You're probably right. But waiting for the FAQ before pulling off storm bolters might save a person a lot of work if they did screw up.
Like how the monopose cannoness is technically illegal(from what I've heard I don't have a codex). Waiting till the FAQ to possibly make her legal might be a better idea then kitbashing the monopose cannoness to make her legal now.
Also you can still give them stormbolters from the index as you still can use index wargear... For now...

I peronally love that the canoness looks ancient. A mega experienced old lady in power armor.
sanguinary guard have inferno pistols too and are a good source of wings for cheap eBay metal seriphim without backpacks
Just a note. The errata changed the power sword, plasma pistol, and rod of office to be a valid combo. Replaces bolt pistol and chain sword.
That was an awesome build. I am thinking of converting sister of battle figures. I do not like there faces or there short hair.

Glad infernal pistols are still a thing for the canoness. I gave my first metal canoness one via a sisters backpack torch bit.

Oh here's a tip I don't know if you know this or not maybe you do.
if you save those little foam pieces the kind that comes in blister packs you can use them to absorb excess glue that can mess up details.
They soak up like a sponge.
I also have that hobby vise that GW sells.
And those alligator clips called helping hands to hold things.
Now we all need to write into the faq guys to point out the issue of the illegal war gear options.

Could use a file to smooth the snipped off pistol and cape and gun. I prefer plastic glue when converting plastic. But I find some smooth files work wonders
I'm today going to convert those small genestealer bikes into a Zeraphim sqaud.

Great job Alexis. Didn’t GW say all the models in that battle set were one off sculpts? If so they probably noticed the illegal build early. Though a faq could of made it legal.
I guess we know what the first FAQ will be since that Cannoness was on her own sprue so she is blister pack ready.
The dremel stylus is an amazing tool for converting, the rounded bit can create smooth channels in fabric like her cape and hide clipped off areas really well. Great looking coversion, I was looking at that stupid cowl sidways too :)
Planning to use one of the different heads in the box on mine as well. I don't mind the loadout but the collar is something I don't quite like - although I'm sort of nervous to get to clipping them away!
i was thinking of getting a Dremel and drilling holes into her cowl to make it filigree. i think that would be a cool look! (at least better than it being solid)
Stormbolters would still be an option if they were in an index surely?
New models up on Community website. The Triumph looks like a good deal fun to paint but good luck keeping it out of LoS. New Repentia look good IMO.
yer the Triumph will need Hospitalers just to keep it on the table. maybe hide it behind a imperial knight or baneblade.... ?

Seems legal to me though I guess the boltgun is hidden? then they have taken a plasma pistol instead of the bolt. Sick conversion though!
If they have a boltgun, they cannot have a bolt pistol which they need to trade for the plasma pistol.
I know nothing of the sisters of battle... I'm a traitor
