With mine if I call someone or they call me and one tried to answer it automatically hangs up and if I try calling off a app the sound just doesn’t work at all idk exactly what wrong and nothings really helping
I had already tried sims card reset, resetting iPhone, getting new sims card through my carrier, powering down, airplane mode reset!!!! Aaarrgghhhh!!!! So, just for now, I’m taking my phone OFF of Wi-Fi settings so it will look for cell towers. Wish me luck. Will it help to go to settings and “allow more data 5G?” Thx!
Oh ok I haven’t updated and I can’t open cellular because I haven’t updated but I have a 7 every time I try to update it says not connected to the wifi when I am connected so I’m gonna probably get another phone idk what’s going on with this phone it has been acting pretty crazy lately 🤷
Hi Jim here from the UK, I tried all your fixes ,but nothing works, now it may sound strange what I'm going to say, my iphone 10XR Will allow me to make local calls, but when i try to call international it comes up with the message call failed and thats for every other international call its the same , now i checked with Vodafone my cell provider and they said my sim card contract says no problem to me making international call's , the iphone will allow me to make internet calls using WhatsApp, but its a No No to international calls using the iphone. what do you suggest cheers Trevor Nace.

Maybe your carrier is dropping you after a period of time. A few hours is a long time to be on a call. Try FaceTime audio and that may not drop
