Great question - there absolutely is not! Long ago it was true that the type of university (Hochschule vs. Universität, for instance) could be important in some cases (i.e., going on to complete further degrees), but at this point it really doesn't matter as these most important distinctions have been done away with. Pick the program with the courses and professors that interest you the most - that is by far the most important factor!

Unfortunately, it is still not possible to complete the teacher training program in Germany completely in English. Because in Germany you have to study 2-3 subjects to become a teacher (e.g. English, mathematics; depending on the type of school) plus pedagogy and didactics (which are usually only offered in German). PLEASE NOTE, though, that these do NOT qualify you to practice law in Germany, but are rather focused on other areas. Law degrees in Germany in the strict sense are taught exclusively in German and are heavily regulated/controlled under the "Staatsexamen" system.

Is GRE a must for undergrade?
GRE is only rarely required even for graduate programs in Germany; we have never heard of it being required for any undergraduate program, in Germany or anywhere else in the world!

Generally speaking, no. Unless you have a scholarship for at least part of the amount or an acceptable Verpflichtungserlärung (an acknowledgment of responsibility from a German citizen living in Germany), you must block the entire amount, now a bit over 11k euro.

Can I study dentistry in english in germany?
The short answer is - it's complicated. There are some master's programs at private universities in dentistry-related topics (see this link: www.mygermanuniversity.com/studyfinder?p=1&pp=25&sort=featured&dir=ASC&kw=Dent&pr=1), but to become a dentist in Germany you have to go through the "Staatsexamen" system - 12 semesters, all in German, very competitive. This is why you don't see traditional dental programs on our website!

You can study in English in Germany but the Truth as an International Student , after studying in English and want to work in Germany , you stand a very low Chance in the Labour Market , Truth be told !.
Well, that depends very much on the subject that you graduated from. If you studied e.g. Computer Science, you won't have any problems in finding a job where you can work completely in English and will be well-paid. But of course, there are other sectors where it might be difficult - that's why your statement has a core of truth.
