I’m honestly trying to get into maplestory but It’s so confusing as someone who didn’t play before, and I hyper burned the wrong class (ended up wanting to change classes) but I don’t know if I should create a new account to hyper the class I want now or level an alt from scratch without hyper burn to like high 200s cause I’d want it my main, I’m just so lost at this game, the class I want my main to be is blade master, I also see people with skins and cool hair and cool outfits and wings and such but when I look in the cash shop it’s all 90d items? Are people playing 10s of thousands of nx every 3 months for the same outfits they had prior???
nesserary yes. needed for the game, no. it would be better to make legion a passive skill that grows as you level. the need of 40+ high lvl charcters is keeping new players out of the game. link skills are fine. most stop at 120 anyway.
It is needed though, in reboot perspective some classes need legion like explorers, legion gives them way more skill cd. I hate it on this game its what makes me quit it so much. They do lots of events for levels but its still not enough.
@@Tsumi784 i do not agree. many skills have been adepted for legion. like infinity getting shorter duration, cause people stacked buff duration in legion for perma uptime. and a pasive skill that gives IED, Boss CRT rate/damage and normal monster damage when you level up. is better for how current gen plays video games. without maplestory losing it's identity. (infinity is exporer mage damage buff)
@@skullwolff9442 What you're saying is true but i disagree, you still want legion when it comes to bossing, or training in general. It gives your character the fullest potential legion is one of the biggest things in maple, you saying that you dont need it you seem completely blindsided from the game.
@@Tsumi784 i am not saying to remove it compleetly. simply to change how it works. insted of forcing people to play 40 classes at least to get 10k with 40 lvl 200. wich scares away potentional new players. a simpler lower investment module to get new players in the game. like they have in koria's winter update with the monster farm system. if a rebalnce for bosses would be needed. that can be done as nessasery. i do not want the game to change for the worst. or change the game's identity. just a few minour tweeks to move allong with the times. i am a 32 year old gamer, who's been born before maple story launched. played on the EU server before it got sold and merged with global. i don't mind the grindf myself as mutch. do do see it as a hassle. i do not say this for my own benefet. i say this for the future of GMS more fresh blood is needed. without the game wil die when people get burned out with the game. minour changes are nessasry. not removal. i have been playing for 15 years. and i am doing a slow grind. for myself, this is fine, as maplestory is not my main game. even without changes to legion. i will still play the game the same way i've played for 15 years. for myself that is not nessasery. i am looking from a new player perspective, and thinking how long it takes for the first lvl 200. and i can see how people respond before getting 160. thinking they need to do this 40 times, and quiting than and there. it would be better for the game, to make the focus on 1 charcter, without legion being multiple forced. and letting people deside how many they play. insted of forcing 40 and several mandatory that are not fun to play at all.
i hope that if i explain it like this, you understand the problem legion is causing in the long run, in it's currant form. and not think legion as nessasery. cause all class balanace is done with legion in mind. changing it, also comes with rebalance of class skills. this can be done by the correct team, wile a difrend team works on the legion REWORK.

Those cosmetics are from d Premium Cosmetic Box, a lootbox, the items from this box are permanent. But then, it's luck
